we stayed 2 nights here, with a very warm welcome from Annie and Marc who advised on parking. Our room was small but comfortable. It was exceptionally hot and there was no aircon, but Annie did have a fan if requested. There was a communal kitchenette with fridges for clients, microwave, cutlery and crockery. The pool was clean and a lovely area to settle in. The house is situated a 10 minute easy walk from the beach. Would highly recommend.

The rooms are tastefully decorated and the bedding is truly excellent.
The hostess will be able to recommend must-see places and good addresses.
Breakfast is generous: coffee, tea, pastries, various breads and jams, fresh fruit, orange juice, etc.

The place is nice enough but not ideal for little children so I'd recommend it for couples only.

In general, we had a good stay. The place is safe and clean, but I have to mention that it had a noticeable humid smell. The sweet breakfast in the morning was okay, in my opinion. The host is a very nice lady, but she doesn’t speak English, which made communication difficult, although she did her best to assist us and provide information. Parking is not available on the property, so you need to find a spot on the street, which was challenging time to time.
Unfortunately, I can’t say we were satisfied with our stay considering what we paid.

Do not book this hotel with a refundable deposit period. They will ask you to transfer the money and NEVER return your emails, messages or DEPOSIT. They will hound you to pay the deposit however when they have to return the deposit well within the free cancellation period they will ignore you!

Stayed in early June, the weather was glorious. The room was perfect and 5 minutes walk to the promenade and beach. Annie and Mark are perfect hosts. It's a late review as we were moving house (sorry). Thank you for the wonderful breakfasts also. I recommend Arima with Annie and Mark and no doubt we will be returning. Stuart & Pascal from the UK 🇬🇧

A perfect getaway...
We were staying for 4 nights. Accommodation wonderful. Hosts were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was made to feel it was individually made especially for you, including wonderful home baking. You also felt you had total privacy. The location was central. A 10 minute walk. We would definitely go back and recommend.

Stayed here at start of September for 2 weeks. Despite a miscommunication and last-minute changes on my part the staff were extremely accommodating and helpful.
Location is ideal - St Charles is a great little area to eat & drink, and very close to central Biarritz and beaches.
Everything was as described and rooms were clean and comfortable.
Big shoutout to Roman, extremely nice and chill dude with some good local recommendations.

I just had a very noce stay at Hotel Saint Charles in Biarritz! Both the brunch and the hotel are absolutely lovely. Seriously, the service? It's the best I've ever experienced in the South of France! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I'm definitely coming back for sure!

We love this place!! It’s such a beautiful and authentically charming hotel in the nicest and calmest neighborhood in Biarritz. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. The brunch is delicious. We loved everything about this place and we’ll be back for sure!

Thank you for the lovely stay! I really enjoyed the very vintage looking hotel! The location is great to visit the beaches and city centre, but it's in a quiet neighbourhood. The room was super cute and clean. The heart of this hotel is definitely the staff! So friendly and helpful! 🧡 highly recommended!
