This Hotel was well located only 12 mins away from centre of town,nice & quiet. Very friendly & warm welcome and helpful advice throughout y stay. Simple and clean, good breakfast all you need. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Really good check in, the receptionist was very welcoming and gave top tips on where to eat dinner. Room comfortable although due to a guest experiencing some sort of issue during the night there was a lot of shouting, running along the corridor and doors banging from around 2am for about an hour. Unfortunately i did not get much sleep as a result.
We did not have breakfast at the hotel, choosing ibatead to eat at the Deus Cafe down the road where they had a great choice of lovely food in a quirky place ... def worth a visit.

A nice little hotel.
A very nice little hotel which was handy to everything but in a very quiet area only 10 mins from the airport and walkable to the beaches and shops. There is a nearby small shop, coffee shop and it’s close to an area with restaurants etc. the hotel does not have an outside space. Breakfast is additional and we did not avail of it as we preferred to go out for a later brunch. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.

Nice hotel, nice staff and nearby the town centre
Very nice stay, cosy bedroom and 10 minutes walking to the town centre. The guy who was in charge was very nice to us, and helping us with all our questions and needs. 10 out of 10

Clean and comfy room, friendly staff. Location is nice, walking distance from the beach, bars and restaurants.

If you are looking for a cheap, friendly and central hotel then you have found it. Willing to do what they could and help where possible. Printed out some documents for us and also booked a taxi to take us back to the airport for our red-eye flight home. Nice, small, retail store around and a 10minute walk away from the beach!

It was a bit hard to find the hotel as the website doesn't work very well. Not good WiFi connection either and I will encourage the hotel to have more options for the continental breakfast. Although the place is nice, clean and the staff is friendly.

Stayed here at start of September for 2 weeks. Despite a miscommunication and last-minute changes on my part the staff were extremely accommodating and helpful.
Location is ideal - St Charles is a great little area to eat & drink, and very close to central Biarritz and beaches.
Everything was as described and rooms were clean and comfortable.
Big shoutout to Roman, extremely nice and chill dude with some good local recommendations.

I just had a very noce stay at Hotel Saint Charles in Biarritz! Both the brunch and the hotel are absolutely lovely. Seriously, the service? It's the best I've ever experienced in the South of France! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I'm definitely coming back for sure!

We love this place!! It’s such a beautiful and authentically charming hotel in the nicest and calmest neighborhood in Biarritz. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. The brunch is delicious. We loved everything about this place and we’ll be back for sure!

Thank you for the lovely stay! I really enjoyed the very vintage looking hotel! The location is great to visit the beaches and city centre, but it's in a quiet neighbourhood. The room was super cute and clean. The heart of this hotel is definitely the staff! So friendly and helpful! 🧡 highly recommended!
