The breakfast was good, and the room was clean. However, the heating in the bedroom was not working properly.
Unfortunately, my experience with the reception staff was disappointing. They were unhelpful and unprofessional, and became defensive when I declined to pay a guarantee deposit, as I preferred to pay for any charges at checkout. Following this, my check-in was delayed until 2:50 PM, despite my arrival at the hotel at 8:00 AM.
After a long 12-hour flight, my wife was unwell and needed rest, but there was little understanding or flexibility from the staff. Instead, their attitude suggested frustration because I did not agree to their terms, and I was questioned about how I would manage my stay in Paris.
If you are not concerned about high room rates and poor reception service, this hotel may be suitable. Otherwise, I would recommend considering alternative options.

The rooms are lovely - the courtyard side has a small fountain that is magical when it’s warm. Throw open your windows and enjoy the sound! The suites on the top floor are pricey for a reason — what an incredible view of the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe! So glad all the rooms have great water pressure, hair dryers, and air conditioning — a must for a women’s retreat!
Lastly, I can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff. From Gérard the concierge to David the bellman, from Pauline at the front desk to Koudous in the dining room — the staff are dynamite! They all speak multiple languages and have assisted with everything from a phone left in the back of an Uber to a special hot tea with honey made table-side for a friend with a cold.

The hotel remains a true gem - elegant, impeccably clean, and perfectly located just steps from the Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Élysées. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and offer a calm retreat after a day in Paris.
A special thank you to the front desk team, whose attentiveness and kindness truly make the difference. Their consistency and care are what bring us back - and why we'll certainly return again.
