We were a bit frustrated when we first checked in. We felt the room and the whole building was too old and too rundown. However, we got used to it and enjoyed it after a couple days. Its location is very convenient to commute anywhere. 2 nearby subway stations and taxi stand right in the front with taxi waiting all the time. Great neighborhood with convenient store, cafe, and many restaurants within 2 minutes walk.
