Rooms were very clean, the manager was very nice and helped with the luggage. He was also available for any problems we had. Beds are comfortable and the TV has access to Netflix. The location of the hotel was perfect for visiting all of the major sites, all within walking distance.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Great location. I booked a small room and there was enough space. The room could do with a little sprucing up in places, but clean and comfortable. It was up three flights of stairs, so may be an issue for others. Some hotels in France have some kind of water fountain to reduce plastic, so that was missing. But otherwise a great place and I would stay again.

We stayed for one night on our drive back to Barcelona. The hotel was serviceable and was good for a one night stay. The location (Montpellier Center) is a little misleading. It was a bit of a drive from Place Polygone/Comedy Square. It in a quiet residential neighborhood with little activity. I would recommend this hotel if you are not able to find a spot closer to the center ville.

This is a nice hotel with an excellent location. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and great coffee. The pillows, however were flat and uncomfortable, which made for a rough nights sleep.

Kind and Caring Stagg The staff was kind and caring, front desk to housekeeping. We are English speaking and they are mostly French speaking but brought all their English to the table to welcome us, answer questions and help us learn to get around in Montpellier. Highly recommend this quaint and comfortable hotel.

Very convenient. The hotel was conveniently situated for our needs. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Our only complaint was the incredible noise from the traffic and people screeching on the street below. It went on until 2.30am! Despite being on the fifth floor it kept us awake. Le Cousture is a delightful hotel.  During our 8 days' stay (Sept. 2023), the many staff at reception that we met were friendly and helpful. Nice hotel, location great if you want to explore Beziers walking. Parking is right in front of the hotel (public underground parking). The hotel is fine and in a good location but beware that the musical fountain is just outside the front door and blasts 20 min of very loud music at 10pm and again at 10:30 during summer months. Check the schedule if this is a concern.

Great location for the centre of Nîmes. The hotel itself was fine for a couple of nights stay, very small and basic and the air conditioning was not working whilst we were staying which we were notified about before arriving but there wasn't enough notice to find somewhere else convenient and it was close to 40 so I would not recommend staying until they have this fixed.

It was ok. The pictures on the website do not match reality. I think the rate is overpriced and not worth it. We couldn't connect to the wifi, wasn't given a password. When we reached out for the password, we were directed to a recording that was in French (I do not speak French).

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable with beautiful views. The breakfast was charged extra and there was plenty of cereal, bread, cheese, meats, fruits and yoghurts etc. It is over 4 km from Carcassone and buses are infrequent but there is plenty of parking if you take a car. This hotel is in a perfect location for Hugo Market and the City Center.. The parking is only by request! Make sure you specify in your reservation. The Metro and bus are very nearby. I don’t recommend having a car, Indigo garage parking is €22 a day. Very quiet neighborhood and you can hear the church bells.
