Loved this hotel and had a great stay !!!! Just steps from the Saint Roch train station and centrally located to centerville . The hotel is beautifully designed and modern . It has a great bar scene with a huge terrace and the service was on point! The rooms are spacious , quite , well planned and designed . I was very pleasantly surprised by the gem and looking forward to my next stay !

The room is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the design is also very nice. The location is close to the train station (it's right across the street), and it's also very close to Comedy Square, just a 5-minute walk away.

Overall, I was satisfied with my stay at this hotel. It's clear that this isn't the kind of place where you expect anything special, and in that sense, my expectations were met. We stayed last night in the new 6 person rooms which have two triple bunk beds. Our 6 and 2 year old loved it (6 year old said it was his best day ever as he got to sleep in a bunk bed). This ibis budget will offer you nice and clean rooms with a bit of flair in the same building as the ibis. Private parking is located onsite and is in a nice underground garage. The old centre is nearby and is easily accessed on foot, as well as a few restaurants and a supermarket. I skipped the ibis budget breakfast as I am not always very happy with their product. Overall this hotel is recommendable

Room was clean and comfortable, but absolutely no frills. Not even a hand towel, which seems a bit much. Tiny room and ours was in the ground floor immediately beside the parking lot. In the morning, there was a car so close I could have touched it from the window. Fine for a night or two but no more.

A good place to stop for the night, reasonably priced, pet friendly, clean with an on site restaurant. If you're on the move it's ideal.

Basic Stayed here for 1 night very basic hotel and only 4 sun loungers for the whole of the hotel and no seating around the pool.

Roads bad to find yourselves around, we ere told no food on arrival there were three restaurants on supposed to be open closed. 2 bit pricey, ate in one not good service.

It's a hotel that's clearly showing its age. Old carpeting, old doors, etc... but a new, large, and comfortable bed, with a renovated bathroom featuring a good bathtub and plenty of hot water... A very good option for being in the city center if what you want is a good bed and a good shower.

Due to the weather we could not do much it was way too hot however the hotel was only a 2 minute walk to the Carcassonne Castle which was very convenient and the staff were very helpful and always willing to help. Such an excellent location, right under the medieval cité but away from the business. There are plenty of lovely places to have dinner a short walk away, and it is also a very short walk over the bridge and into La Bastide for cafes and shops around Place Carnot. The hotel's location is great. It is opposite the indoor market and surrounded by lots of bars and restaurants. Unfortunately, that also meant that there was a lot of outside noise at night (probably as it was a Saturday night!), but the location definitely outweighed the negatives for me.

We stayed here in a pinch, booking and checking in at 2am. It was fantastic. The night manager was super helpful, and set us up beautifully, despite how tired we were. The bed was huge, the AC was ice cold and the room was spotless. The day manager the next day was very accommodating. We genuinely had such a great experience.

This hotel is advertised as a golf hotel. There is no golf course nearby. This hotel advertises a pool table in the lobby. There is no pool table in the lobby. However, the staff was very accommodating and helped us with our luggage upstairs since there is no elevator. We appreciated the help.

The room is very clean and spacious. There is a desk with coffee making facilities. The bathroom provides glasses for rinsing your mouth as well as towels. The hotel is conveniently close to the bus and train station. It is very compact and even though it was a single room, I did not feel it being small. Coffee machine is a plus. AC was working quite well and amenities are enough.
