Pool area is tranquil and the pool is lovely but gets deep quickly more aimed at adults rather than families. Breakfast is an add on and aims to be all natural and up market
There didn’t seem like too many guests were in the hotel as we had the lounge to ourselves which was nice and almost private. Breakfast was plentiful with a good selection for each of us all served at our table
The property shares the bar/breakfast space, pool and spa, with its luxury sister property
The only disappointment was that my boiled egg was not cooked to my liking. I had asked for it to be well done and it was cooked soft. Other than that, everything was good
Unusual layout and decor, but clean, quiet, comfortable and extremely convenient for visiting the medieval city. Parking is secure and easy.
It was a very pleasant experience to spend reuniting with family and would recommend this hotel if you want to see the medieval town

For a 3 star hotel, this place is just an amazing stop in Montpellier. Quiet, plenty of parking, great staff and great open hours, excellent location for any thing in town either in "new " and "old" town
We are English speaking and they are mostly French speaking but brought all their English to the table to welcome us, answer questions and help us learn to get around in Montpellier
Outstanding accomadation
Amazing hotel and staff very friendly/ accommodating. Parking on site is excellent. Great location
Spacious room and bathroom and coffee facility in the room
Highly recommend this place
Kind and Caring Stagg
The staff was kind and caring, front desk to housekeeping
Quite area near the old town, breakfast is great. Nice staff.

The lady who was in reception (evening 7th Oct) was lovely and friendly. No noise from main road nearby. The aircon in our room blew hot air out when set at max cooling? Small shower room, but functionnel
Orange juice a delight and coffee side excellent
Otherwise the welcome at reception is really very warm and welcoming
Budget accomodation - small rooms, reasonable sized bed with a good firm mattress. The room was spotlessly clean. Location is strangley not signposted, but easy enough to find
A quick note about the bathroom, lack of hooks for gloves and when I took my shower, despite the door being closed, the water invaded part of the room. For breakfast, some pastries would have been appreciated
I was really turned off at the beginning especially after reading the bad comments but for the price you pay you get a safe parking and a gate that closes at night
Only that worth at least half of the money it costs, plus people working there are very kind. You won't find anything better at that price

The staff was wonderful. I arrived late, so they gave me the code to the front door & left my room key on a table for me. The service was always excellent. Everything top to bottom was handled beautifully.
A great boutique Hotel
This Hotel is outstanding, very relaxed and comfortable. A exceptional breakfast, very healthy and most impressive Hotel breakfast. The staff are very helpful and a great location.
Fabulous Hotel
I loved staying here, very central boutique Hotel with very helpful staff. The breakfast is very healthy and freshly made, the best Hotel breakfast I’ve ever had
The hotel was immaculate, the €15 breakfast was so good, the best we’ve had in Europe. The owners are kind and Audrey speaks English fluently. That was very helpful for us.
The hotel is really close to the station and in easy walking distance to the historic old centre of Perpignan. Audrey at the hotel was a picture of helpfulness
Great
My stat was great. The hotel is in a perfect location to explore the city or to catch a bus to get to the beach. The staff is friendly and helpful.

WE SPENT 4 NIGHTS IN THE AREA AND THOUROUGHLY ENJOYED OUR TIME HERE. THE HOTEL IS AN EASY WALK TO THE CITY,CASTLE AND MANY RESTAURANTS. THE WEATHER WASN'T KIND SO WE DID NOT USE THE POOL
The pool and seating area were a welcome place to relax and cool off. The staff were all friendly and welcoming (and spoke good English if, like me, your French isn't the best!) Secure parking an added bonus too
Perfect location for viewing, secure parking for a fee directly opposite.
Swimming pool 28°
Limited snacks poolside, rooms were clean , not keep on the words on the wall around the tv made it feel like a hostel, no cakes available to have with a coffee
Staff are lovely. Great position for the old cite and airport shuttle. Breakfast is ok, but not worth 15 euros. Pool is a welcome break after hot days
A perfect place to stay in Carcassonne
Loved this hotel. Really clean and comfortable, and the location is great. Both for the citadel and the restaurants and shops further along Rue Trivalle

Just a one night stay but the staff was very polite and helpful. Great breakfast. Easy access to Montpellier city via the tram system.
The room was a bit small but they did manage to give us 2 beds which were comfortable. The location was good for the gate de Lyon train station
Pleasantly surprised with this traditional hotel in Montpellier. Location was quiet and close to the old town, staff were courteous and efficient. Room was spacious, shower was quite strong and good
The only downside is the absolute immediate street and cross street. It’s not unsafe, but a little noisy and dirty. The staff here was super nice, and we would definitely stay here again
A cozy and characterful place to stay. The staff are bright, helpful and enjoyable. Location is great, just off Place de la Comedie, so very central. We'd definitely go back.
Outstanding, friendly, helpful staff. Convenient location to train station in the center of the city. Spacious rooms with lovely decor. Highly recommend!

No lift in the hotel but the front desk was so nice and took my luggage to the room and back to the reception. They also offered to store our luggage when we checked out, which was very helpful
Perfect location for walking anywhere in Toulouse. Rooms were nicely appointed; from the soft music playing in the room to the olive oil hand soap. The hotel manager was so kind and helpful, he made the stay memorable
Charming boutique hotel in the city centre. Walkable distance to all attractions and eateries. Our room is spacious and facing street. With window closed, it was pleasant for sleeping
" There is no restaurant or bar, no elevator, no lobby to speak of, and, needless to say, no spa or pool. It is modest even by boutique standards
It is intimate and boutique and the staff were so pleasant and helpful. They had a secure parking spot available for us to use which was a great perk. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable
What it does have: a perfect location, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, delicious breakfast served in your room (the best croissants and pain au chocolate we had in France), and a manager/proprietor who knows the city and gave us excellent restaurant and cafe recommendations tailored to our requests

The hotel is convenient for the Autoroute and very close to the Garcia Lorca tram station which gives easy access to the city and the Montpellier tram network. The parking is ample and overall a very good choice of hotel
The hotel is also dog-friendly, which we appreciated
I recently stayed at this fantastic hotel and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The pool area was stunning—clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing in the sun
Stayed in the newly refurbished Novotel Montpellier for 5 nights in early July 2025. The hotel is neatly decorated and furnished with an adequate pool
I thought this hotel was fabulous. The breakfast choices were vast, and the pool was spacious and a perfect temperature
The restaurant is above average for a hotel of this standing with daily imaginative salads plus the usual fayre. All presented and served well. I'd recommend a visit to this city and whilst exploring stay at the Novotel

Really lovely hotel in a tranquil setting yet minutes from the hustle and bustle of Carcassonne. Gorgeous pool area for relaxing and staying cool. Bedrooms very airy and spacious
The breakfast was charged extra and there was plenty of cereal, bread, cheese, meats, fruits and yoghurts etc. It is over 4 km from Carcassone and buses are infrequent but there is plenty of parking if you take a car
The cost of food, snacks and drinks was resonable but we found the breakfast a bit expensive as we don't eat much in the morning and there was no options to get a smaller, cheaper, breakfast
Lovely, small, family run hotel. We loved staying at the hotel, the staff were all very friendly, the rooms were comfortable (Although the air conditioning could have been a bit better)
The surrounding grounds are very nice and well looked after. The atmosphere was very calm and quiet throughout the day and night with all guests being very respectful
Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing break near Carcassone
We were able to sleep better than other hotels we have been in the past (most noise from around was muffled), and the dinner/breakfast we had there was better than the average hotel. Hope this was helpful, peace out!
This Place is good the room have a good size and is very clean the morning buffet is also good the staff was nice and helpful I can recommend this place 😉
A superb hotel, with clean, modern rooms, a small, refreshing outdoor pool, and very upbeat, friendly and helpful staff
It also is the perfect location and moderate price if you wish to visit the Halle de Machine (a five minute drive)
We did not eat at the restaurant because they were hosting a very large tour group, but the food looks delicious and everyone was happy
Friendly staff, breakfast was delicious with many options.
Nice facilities such as the gym and pool

Good day,
I enjoyed the stay and I cherished the friendliness of your reception’s staff, the breakfast, the hospitality and the cleanliness are well organized, keep up and I hope to come back visiting you the soonest possible
This hotel is in a perfect location for Hugo Market and the City Center. The parking is only by request! Make sure you specify in your reservation. The Metro and bus are very nearby
I don’t recommend having a car, Indigo garage parking is €22 a day. Very quiet neighborhood and you can hear the church bells
The decor of the room was beautiful with nice furniture, a comfortable bed and a cosy atmosphere. The one thing that could be improved is, however, breakfast (which was not included and was quite pricey for what it was)
Location was perfect and we were able to walk to all the tour sites we were interested. I would recommend Hotel St Sernin
The location of St Sernin hotel is excellent, right by the Basilica St Sernin, the most beautiful place in Toulouse and very central. The service of the hotel (we booked directly) was really excellent
This is a special mention to the restaurant. Amrita and the kitchen crew blowed my mind adapting my dietary special needs in a moment. Out of the menu, they came up with a delicious roasted veggies dish
althoght there is no elevator, the manager carried my luggage to the floor of our room. This is a budget hotel, but perfectly fine for an overnight after returning from canal du midi
Room was not very clean - some dust and hairs on the floor. In other aspects it was very good stay with breakfast over expectations. I can recommend it!
There is also a sister hotel next door with a bR and good restaurant where we were able to enjoy dinner in a pretty setting
Clean room, good value, easy to get to. Great overnight stop.
Big thanks to their flexibility and willing to accomodate!
I spend around 15 days in this hotel
It is a nice one, and the owner and his wife are very kind
Room is clean, nice and the price is good
Clean bed, clean cheets and towels
Breakfast is ok but it can be beter and breakfast area is very big and nice to set there
I was happy during my staying and location is very close to the highway but you will not hear the noise
Plenty of parking space and electric...
Highly recommended! Better than your American motel. Cute, clean, convenient. French breakfast, bar with beers, pool, parking, superchargers. This place has it all and the owners are amazingly welcoming and helpful.
No restaurant. Poor WiFi. Didn't see the pool. But last in reception very helpful
cleanness, super customer orientated staff, access and having a pool to relax
We had a great one night stay here. Our family of five fit comfortably in one of the family rooms which was clean with comfortable beds. We visited the Pic du Midi on the way and it was amazing
We had a family room which was 2 rooms one with double bed and 2nd with 3 singles. We enjoyed our overnight stay after a long day of travelling. Very easy access to and from highway

An excellent good value clean hotel in a very convenient location right opposite the train station. The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was very effective. There was a lift to all floors
Very nice, clean and welcoming hotel. The rooms are decent side and 2 times double glazed for a quiet night. I stayed a good while in this hotel, waiting to find a place
The staff and the manager are amazing, kind, caring and very professional. I recommend this place to all who need a hotel in Toulouse
Can't comment on the breakfast as I didn't have it but I would certainly be happy to stay here again when I am next in Toulouse
Only thing I had an issue with is you have to leave your room key at reception everytime you go out which is a bit annoying but there was always someone on reception. Better than the Ibis hotel down the road
Very small rooms. But the staff was friendly. It is also conveniently located across the street from the train station. The reasonable price is good for an unexpected delay in Toulouse

I looked at the reviews before arriving and I have to admit I was very sceptical. However, I was very positively surprised by this place. Sure it’s an old place and sure there are stains on the carpet
However the rooms are very clean (even with the stains). The cleaning people clean the rooms everyday, they bring new towels and soup and the bathroom is always spotless
In the night the person working at the reception (Armend/Armand sorry for the misspelling) is always very welcoming and polite and he really makes you feel like you are returning to a safe place
If you are looking for a luxury hotel this might not do it for you, but if you are looking for a clean, affordable place in the center with very polite employees this place is perfect
It was a very comfortable stay. It was close to the city center and convenient for sightseeing. It was also good that it was more affordable than other hotels.
We had the best room that has a suite area and a big rooftop private terrace with sunbathing area, stylish integrated fridge with minibar

The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and gave me plenty of useful information about the local area while they checked whether my room was ready
I arrived slightly earlier than planned, and decided to see if I could check in
The breakfast was the only downside, over priced for what it was
Staff was very accommodating and pleasant.
Excellent first impression, very clean, tidy, modern, great ambience. Lovely room, and parking close by too
Great boutique hotel. Room was comfortable and efficient, a bit small. Bathroom was updated very modern. Bed was comfortable. Staff was kind. Breakfast was good.

Friendly staff, unexpected upgrade to room with a mezzanine.
Liked having the fully equipped kitchen in a cupboard!
Good location, near bus and train station ( less than 10 mins walk) and city centre
Everything was superb, nothing to complain about. Especially appreciated the 24/7 check-in flexibility; even though my flight landed after 10:30 PM, I had no issues checking in
Amazing place to stay. The staff very helpful.
If you are staying longer and like a mix of restaurant and also own cooked food, it a good choice. We did our own breakfast.
Excellent service as everytime
Excellent bed and location
Room cleanliness was very average
Fantastic stay, Definately recommend. Ladies at the reception are lovely!

The hotel is in the flight path of the airport, and the planes can be quite loud, but this is no problem, as the windows keep the sound out very well. We ended up not making use of the optional breakfast
Great hotel, very friendly and efficient staff, the position is not central but bus and métro stations nearby, quite pricey but worth it, especially that the more central hotels of Toulouse have a real problem of bedbugs according to the reviews
It is a bit of a walk to any nearby public transport, the tram doesn't run very often. The metro does, but that's double as far away. We ended up getting city rental bikes nearby the tram stop often
Very nice stay. Everything as expected. Perfect clealiness, very nice attention and service, quiet place and with enogh space for a family of 4. No doubt to recomend and to come back.
Excellent attention, and very kind staff at the reception.
The room was very clean and comfortable.
I would definitely repeat my stay in the future should I come back to Toulouse
The hotel has no full kitchen, so it doesn't compete against the boulangeries etc downtown. However, in a pinch, it would sate your hunger

I want to review this hotel, especially for the kindness and helpfulness of its young managers. I spent three days in Montpellier for work, and I chose the Hotel du Parc on the recommendation of local colleagues
Quiet respite near to City Centre. We stayed four nights at this lovely hotel right outside the city centre. Our room on second floor had a nice balcony to sit and enjoy the birds and trees
Perfect gem! Free parking on site, and the hotel is so relaxing and charming. It keeps the beauty of the old building but updates enough for a very comfortable stay
The hotel is housed in a historic building, partially renovated to maintain its original appearance. Outside, there is a well-kept and shaded courtyard where you can park your car
Really super boutique style hotel, located in a quiet area 5 minutes walk from the Metro and 10 minutes from the Cathedral, really handy for the Old Town
Really old house with original stairs, rooms are small but functional, staff are very helpful and friendly. Limited car parking available onsite. Super Continental breakfast available
