Motorway but with everything necessary for a relaxing stay. Bar, restaurant, pool and wonderful service. Room a bit small but well appointed (even a bath and balcony
Excellent service, good food, and a secure, camera-monitored parking lot. It's pet-friendly, so we can stay here with our dog. We love staying here and will definitely stay here again next time
Everything was great, we'd happily stay again. We always stop here on our way to Spain. We're very satisfied and would recommend the hotel to anyone
Very quirky
Interesting decorations and sculptures
Staff very friendly and welcoming
Like fornøyd gang to vi bodde der. Super hyggelig personale og god frokost.
Only interested in taking a swipe of out credit card which he handled and then passed back; do these people not know there is a pandemic going on?
Room lacked the advertised Jacuzzi. No shampoo for someone taking a bath

Thanks to Nicolas, super professional, attentive. 🙏🏻
The room was small but for a solo traveler it suited my needs. Clean, comfortable, and the location next to the train station was perfect. I normally don’t eat breakfast but if you want you can pay for 15 euro
Staff was friendly and very helpful
However, we were very disappointed with the bedding, box spring as well as mattress and sheets, as well as the bathroom, and especially with a hot water problem in our two bathrooms
For breakfast, we were a little disappointed with our expectations, and in particular the photos on the site and Google Maps, but it was still good nonetheless
Apart from the waiting time, this made us question your eco-responsible commitments and your Green Key label, commitments that we generally value

Perfect stopover
Perfect location just off the motorway for a stop over on our way to Spain. Clean comfy bed. Good shower. Shower gel provided. Very warm room which was lovely on a cold windy night. Allowed our 2 dogs.
I would recommend to offer bigger towels for shower even if it is a budget hotel. Dont expect too much for breakfast
Stayed here on our way to Spain. Close to the highway, easy reachable. Simple rooms with shower and toilet. Friendly host.
For all the negative reviews here: You get what you pay for. :)
Vi er altid glade for at overnatte på dette hotel, hbilket vi har gjort flere gange. Vi kommer også igen. Rengøri gen var i top
Super dejligt sted at overnatte
Vi fik en udsøgt modtagelse. Vi fik et værelse efter vores ønsker og behov.
However this time i chose (non-budget) in a hope to get better than budget option. May be i had higher expectations, i am not too sure. However, there were certainly few things which were important to mention

It's about a 10-minute walk from the main train station in Toulouse. It's located in the Capitol, the busiest part of the city, but it's a relatively good value. It's clean (by French standards). I recommend it.
It was a great location for walking into the centre which is on the way to the river. Good value for money and had a kettle in the room which I always like. Small supermarket right nearby as well
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The manager, Sofia, was incredibly kind and made a great impression. The room was spotlessly clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly
Perfect location for visiting the city center, right next to a metro stop. The room was large, well cleaned, with a nice private bathroom and air conditioning
We had a very nice one day stay. The people at the reception were extremely nice. We put our luggage before the check in and they were very accommodating
We’ll be back !! Great location for shops, The Melting Pot pub(serving great pints -happy hour 6. 30 til 8) and Meat a Meat restaurant just around the corner

Everyone on the staff of Hotel Albert 1er in Toulouse City Centre was wonderful. Karen, especially was extra helpful and patient. She answered all my questions, every day, booked taxis and made very wise suggestions
The hotel is central and the rooms are clean, quiet and well presented. What made the stay especially enjoyable were the hotel staff, they were all super friendly and only too pleased to help whenever they could
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Toulouse
The room was perfect and when I emailed requests before I arrived the whole staff was very responsive. The airport shuttle lets you off at about a six minute walk from the hotel. The breakfasts and dinners were very good
This was a lovely stay with stylish common areas, charming personality, and great service. In particular I want to thank Analia for her compassionate thoughtful help when I was having travel issues
I had a lovely stay at Hotel Albert 1er. The location is perfect — right in the city center, just a short walk from everything. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful

The swimming pool is a welcome addition, set away from the house and whilst swimming completely hidden from view which is a bonus in one way, but if anything was to happen, you’re on your own! Overall a lovely place to stay
Catherine and Eric have a beautiful property and couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Our 3 night stay with them was supberb … highly recommend eptgem when staying in the Carcassone area
Our room, for our family of two adults and two children, was the La Cité family suite. It’s large, with a separate twin bedroom and main room. We had a large bathroom with bath and shower, and separate loo
We had a wonderful stay as a family group of 10. Catherine and Eric have done a fabulous job of renovating this charming chateau, and were wonderfully helpful both ahead of our stay and throughout
There’s a sitting area where the children could relax with games. The room is characterful with original beams. Thankfully it also has air con, as it was unseasonably warm during our stay
Breakfast is a delicious self-service buffet of cereals, different breads (brioche, pain rustique, etc. ), pastries, yogurts, hams, cheeses, juices, home made jams, etc

The hotel reception is lovely and the staff very friendly, but the room was nothing like what they advertised on the various accommodation websites and on the hotel's own website. It had no design or decor whatsoever
Great little boutique hotel with unique art styled rooms only surpassed by the excellent service provided by friendly staff. Highly recommend
I have to say the bathroom was spacious and equipped with a bathtub, but I didn't have hot water during my stay. The best thing about the room was the river view and its orientation; it had beautiful natural light
A simple, outdated room with a dark wood headboard, desk, and bathroom furniture in the same tone. The room had just enough for a short stay. Adequate, but not at all in keeping with the hotel's image
Very off the wall decor in a marvellous way. Art pieces adorn the cafe on the opposite corner freindly and chilled.
It's very well located, approximately 15 minutes from any point of interest

Very friendly hotel, welcoming staff, small downside soundproofing. But overall very pleasant for a short stay
The only disadvantage were noisy doors and thin walls, so we could hear everyone who was coming in and out. BREAKFAST: small restaurant, but clean and with usual breakfast food. Personnel was super friendly and attentive
RECEPTIONIST: The receptionist was very friendly even at that late time, we checked in very fast and went to our room. ROOM: The room was small, but clean. Shower room was also clean with a high pressure water
We booked this hotel late in the evening, because we had to leave the hotel F1 in Avignon due to the circumstances

Yes the shower is tiny, and I hit my head a few times on the bunk bed but for the price it was this place couldn’t be better! The room was extremely clean and the people who work there extremely respectful and friendly
The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. Overall, a good value for money and a practical choice for travelers looking for a simple, comfortable stay in Montpellier
Which is hard to come by in France I’ve noticed. Sorry to say but the French are not known for their customer service, but this two star hotel is the exception! Incroyable
After being treated extremely horribly at much more expensive hotel, I stayed here planning on just the night, but the excellent staff and service made me feel at home
We opted for breakfast, which was nice and convenient, though it is not included in the room rate. Parking was available, making arriving and leaving easy
We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Ibis Budget Montpellier Centre Millénaire. The rooms were clean, functional, and comfortable for a budget-friendly option

This hotel I used to stay last 20 year ago and I went here again last week during 2-5 Oct 2017, it still the same, there have a kitchen in the room and Inter Mache super market is nearby this hotel, if you like to do Asia food, you can go to King Fat super market very near to the hotel
The room was a bit small, but the location was convenient.
There is a kitchen and cooking utensils in the room. You can go to the nearby vegetable market to buy seafood and other ingredients to cook yourself. The nearby subway station sells seasoning and sauce packets.
The city center is very close, and the largest pharmacy is right next to it. It also has a parking lot, which is also very convenient. The room is also large, but the decoration is apartment-style
We were able to park on the next street that night and the next day, we put it in the hotel parking lot, which was cheaper than the surrounding ones
Great hotel to stay, location, price, amenities and staff attention! 10/10 in all aspects, thank you very much for our stay.

Good hotel very close to the medieval city nice view from restaurant and roof top very good breakfast
Lovely heated pool with nice view
Excellent emplacement, clean rooms. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was closed.
Great hotel! The clerk's services were excellent and friendly. It is close to Carcassonne Castle and easy to get there. At night time you can see beautiful light-up scenery from your room.
Lovely stay here, excellent views of the old town. We'll located for our needs. Staff very friendly, attentive and helpful.
It was the perfect location for exploring Carcassonne. It was so conveniently located for walking. I highly recommend it.
The best view to the river, bridge and castle, go on their roof terrace around 2-3pm to make some beautiful pictures 🥰

Excellent Choice
The location was perfect and the staff was far beyond expectation.
Breakfast wasn’t good, the only hot food was eggs. Items not replenished. Not much fruit.
Room very dark.
Cheap but nice hotel, exactly what you would expect for m and Ibis
A clean hotel just off Gambetta Square about 10 minutes from the centre of Carcassonne and 20 minutes from the Cité. Mine was a last minute booking because of the travel disruption due to the Tour de France
A really well placed hotel, with some of the most friendly and helpful staff that I've ever encountered in a hotel!
Breakfast was a real surprise, a good variety on offer

The courtyard / swimming pool area is a lovely place to relax in the evening with a drink and watch the little lizards climbing the walls. Be aware as this is an old house there is no lift
There is a breakfast room downstairs and a lovely pool area. Beziers is the oldest city in France, with numerous attractions. The hotel is near the old city, about ten minutes on foot
Really comfortable, friendly hotel with large rooms, great towels, nice elevator, very good breakfast
The location is about a 15 minute walk to the old town and Place des Jahres with a fabulous water show and nighttime lights ( a mini Bellagio Las Vegas) We ate at the Hotel recommended La Pica Pica and enjoyed it so much the first night, we went back again and introduced our travel friends who loved it too
This place is a gem! We absolutely LOVED it! From the moment Louis answered the door, we were transported into an enchanted atmosphere! He was friendly, helpful and cheerful and the room we occupied was impeccable: clean, with modern amenities, large windows and very high ceilings
The neighourhood is not the nicest, but safe so you can walk to the park and Pica Pica safely at night. Highlights are the castle, the Old Town, the original town bridge with a wishbone statue and the park water show

Very friendly staff, room was perfect, breakfast was great!
Bargain
Excellent as always, lovely staff.
Overnight
Very basic, but what can you expect for the price, at least they put a kettle in the room with tea and coffee, good enough for an overnight stay
Everything was great except for the internet reception was very poor and no fridge and ice.
Lot of noise from room above. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean. Breakfast very nice but a little expensive

Lovely staff who speak English/French/Spanish! Clean hotel with a good room service, it has parking, terrace and a pool. Definitely recommend it!
Online (pictures) the accommodation looks better than in reality. For example, the pool was much smaller than shown in the pictures. It's a normal standard hotel for people who have a limited budget, which is fine
As advertised on different sites. Friendly staff, small but clean rooms, close to aqua park, only breakfast but restaurants close by, no pool nor garden. Good for one night.
Basic
Stayed here for 1 night very basic hotel and only 4 sun loungers for the whole of the hotel and no seating around the pool.
If you want more modernity, a better pool, varied food, I would recommend this hotel less
Very pleasant hotel. Very good place. The staff is of a kindness as we rarely see it
Very attentive to customers, kind. Smiling
I recommend this hotel
And will return as soon as possible

The hotel should not be passing on details without permission. We stayed in the Genesis room which is comfortable, large and spacious. It has a lovely view of the grounds and huge windows that let the light flood in
Although the hotel is beautiful, I agree with other reviews - it's a bit grubby around the edges (dressing gowns - one had brown stains on them and the other had horse hair; towels got soaked due to dodgy shower set up, put them on the floor to be replaced but weren't; the balcony glass doesn't look like it's been cleaned in years; we used our glasses in the room and left them out to be replaced, but...
There's a really powerful lower shower at body-level height - which can only be angled to the wall outside of the shower, making it impossible to use. It soaked some towels, floor and walls
The restaurant is beautiful but the food is only ok - it's cooked to an average level, only one choice of dish at lunchtime and limited options in the evening (which made it a bit tricky for me as I have an allergy to one ingredient that appeared in two of the three evening dishes)
We had to speak to reception, as we couldn't get the shower to work, and they said, "yes, the main shower head lever gets stiff" - so the hotel know about the shower issues but haven't done anything to remedy
The staff when we stayed were very helpful and welcoming. The hotel passed on my contact details, without my permission, to an outside company that arranges trips. The company contacted me multiple times

We stayed here in a pinch, booking and checking in at 2am. The night manager was super helpful, and set us up beautifully, despite how tired we were. The bed was huge, the AC was ice cold and the room was spotless
Extremely friendly and professional staff Rooms are not very big but provide everything needed, kettle, hairdryer, extra blanket and pillow. Can choose upper level or lower level with chair and table outside
Nice place with more or less simple rooms, for business with short distance to the ICM hospital perfect. Breakfast is as well good, not as much, but enough who likes sweets
The day manager the next day was very accommodating. We genuinely had such a great experience
High quality on a budget
All went well. Nice hotel. Highly recommend.

The room is very clean and spacious. There is a desk with coffee making facilities. The bathroom provides glasses for rinsing your mouth as well as towels
This hotel is advertised as a golf hotel. There is no golf course nearby. This hotel advertises a pool table in the lobby. There is no pool table in the lobby
The welcome is excellent and the staff welcoming and professional. The lunch choice is quality and the products are good. We were passing through and we were not disappointed with the quality of the hotel
We arrived without having booked. The room was very very functional and clean. We were able to have dinner even though we arrived late. The hotel offers hot dishes until 8:30 p
One night stopover on journey home. Very nice hotel. Lovely room, comfortable bed. Friendly staff and nice breakfast. Second time staying here. Would recommend
We used it as a stopover and found that all the things required were present - the shower was magnificent, the bed really comfortable, the air-con worked

Hotel is very central, (10 minute walk to the old city, clean with courteous and helpful staff. Only challenge is parking, during the day there is metered parking on the street or in a park house nearby
Can’t ask for more
Location was excellent and the room was very comfortable clean with a nice large bathroom. We had a balcony which was a nice addition. There is a breakfast but we didn’t take it
The rooms were very clean the the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The location is great. Everything is walkable with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our stay.
I've stayed here several times. Always friendly and helpful people with the patience to listen to my terrible French. Decor is not modern but interesting and fun.
Quality and value

We also found the bus stop close by which had buses running frequently to take us into Beziers city for 1€ each! Really good and also we could walk to the Le Clerk supermarket in 20 minutes
I arrived with a reservation done the day before, and when checking in they told me I did it for end of November. I did not have a room, they were full
It was a good place to stay for a night before a morning flight. Lovely pool and the staff were all very nice. Food in the restaurant was not so good though as no was expensive
The restaurant had a large selection of choices of food and the breakfast buffet equally as good. There is a swimming pool and terrace to relax outside and staff always available should one require anything
But they gave me a room at the hotel Ibis budget, just 50m walk, which I had to pay. Today they have reimbursed me for the one I reserved, which was not reimbursable
