This hotel has it all: excellent staff and great service, a brilliant location just steps from the city, a secure and private car park, a pool and other amenities, and to top it all off, the breakfast was superb
The set menu breakfast is beautifully presented and plentiful. We stayed in the Deluxe garden/pool facing room. These rooms are quite small but have a lovely outdoor patio area
When we asked to change we were told it was even noisier in the main hotel. Rooms by pool very dark creating a bit of a ‘dingy’ feel. Ours charged us for b’fast for all four days when we only had one
Lovely small and quiet hotel, just a few steps outside the city walls of old Carcassonne. Easy to get to from the airport by bus. We didn't have, or need a car. Bar is open all day for hot/cold drinks and snacks
Only minor criticism of the room was that there was no fridge although to be fair, the room was quite small and there was not really space for one
Carcasonne is a beautiful and memorable city unlike any other. Hotel du Chateau is an equally beautiful and memorable hotel

Hôtel Royal Wilson is exceptional in every way! I chose to stay in the dormitory and it was lovely. Safe & very clean with privacy curtain, bed lamp, chargers, and comfortable bed & pillow
What sets HRW apart however, is the incredibly helpful staff, Nadine especially, who went above and beyond to assist me with transportation problems and other friendly tips! I recommend it most highly!
The staff were also helpful in booking a taxi for me for my trip to Toulouse airport. I would definitely recommend the hotel to my friends and return to stay if I’m back in Toulouse again
Location was excellent and the staff were all very polite and friendly n spoke English. There were however mosquitoes in my room which I could get rid of n it was annoying
They also allowed me to store my luggage after I checked out

We did not stay in the hotel but had a great lunch in the restaurant. Great chef, great food, creative menu, lovely ambiance and the staff very friendly and helpful (I asked for a specific table because of my misophonia)
The staff was exceptional from Joel & Sandra the respective managers to Laurent, who went above & beyond the call of duty after a taxi they called to take us to the train station failed to show up and we were in danger of missing our train
Delightful boutique hotel within a stone's throw of the main old town/marketplace of ALBI. The staff at the hotel were very attentive and efficient. The room was very tastefully decorated in a modern style
Laurent took us to the train station himself in his own car. Truly commendable service from the staff. They also have a beautiful restaurant that we dined at. We will definitely be back to stay
The Alchimy Hotel is a beautifully designed and well-situated hotel in the town center. Our room was stylish and very comfortable and the bathrooms were the lap of luxury
The Restaurant Alchimy is exceptional. The dishes are delicious and very refined both in flavour and presentation. They also have a very nice wine list

They even gave me reasonable travel suggestions based on my itinerary. To my surprise, they upgraded my room for free, giving me a room with a better view. These details truly made me feel incredibly welcome
Excellent bedding
And no noise from the hallway or from the bedrooms
A small downside with the TV channels: no access to all the channels when we were there and as it was the weekend the person who takes care of it was not present
I must especially praise the hotel's front desk service. The staff were incredibly attentive
The hotel is located very close to the city center. The staff is very kind, the rooms are large, spacious, clean, and the swimming pool is a great advantage
The hotel is very good. The hotel is in the beautiful garden. The staff of the hotel are kind and professional. The traffic of the hotel is convenient and easy. The breakfast is very delicious.
The room was large and clean, just as expected! It was what you'd expect for the price, and the front desk service was very friendly.

Located on a quiet street off of a main street and near many restaurants and public squares. It is also near two metro stations. The owner is delightful and fortunately for me, spoke very good english
We had a family room, which would fit 2 adults and 2 younger kids comfortably, and a single room both of which were a good size. Breakfast is continental and very good value for money
Hotel Croix Baragnon is a lovely place for your stay in Toulouse. I was in a single, which had ample space both in the sleeping area and bathroom
The hotel was very centrally located. It was very clean and the service was excellent. The receptionist, Xavier, was very helpful. He let us store our luggage after check out as we had a late flight
All was very simple and classic, just as the pictures on their website indicate. The room, as well as the entire establishment, was clean and very well maintained. The location could not be better
Nice little hotel that is centrally located. Rooms are simple, clean and have working air conditioning. Staff helpful and happy to look after bags before/after the stay
Room was clean and comfortable, but absolutely no frills. Not even a hand towel, which seems a bit much. Tiny room and ours was in the ground floor immediately beside the parking lot
Best of all was friendly welcoming staff who made a fuss of our children and allowed us to have breakfast even though we had stupidly missed the time slot for the budget guests! (For management particular to note was the lovely young girl from Vietnam)
This little gem is top notch in budget travel. Staff were super courteous and responsive. Graciously referred us to restaurants and laundromats. Breakfast had a good variety and was well stocked
We stayed last night in the new 6 person rooms which have two triple bunk beds. Our 6 and 2 year old loved it (6 year old said it was his best day ever as he got to sleep in a bunk bed)
Bar was lively and had good bar tenders. Such a friendly place and lots of fun with Tour de France workers there. I can travel twice as long if I stay at Ibis hotels
The location of the hotel is very good - 5 minutes walk to the Cathedral and new bridge with a great view. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful

The staff's attentiveness to customers is a rare quality these days, worth mentioning!
Very comfy rooms, with complimentary tea, coffee and mini bar. Luxurious towelling robes with slippers. As well as all the toiletries you may need.
A short drive from the Nimes town center, Mas de Bourdan is a small, beautifully-appointed garden hotel, coupled with a bistro and a fine dining restaurant, both offering outstanding French cuisine (not listing vegetarian dishes, but the chef produced excellent options)
It‘s a beautiful little hotel with comfort and Charme. The rooms are very nice, well equipped and modern. The staff is just extraordinary. The hotel has a paradise like garden where we had our breakfast
The restaurant is a real Gourmet Restaurant that is just amazing. The best food we had since a long time. All in all this hotel is a little jewel!
The facility, in a 17th-Century structure, is outstanding; staff truly aim to please

The location is super beneficial. Walking distance to many attractions and public transport. The ladies in the reception specially Nacera are very kind and hospitable. They provide breakfast for a little extra money
Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Beyond satisfied with this accommodation and I would stay here again if I needed someplace in Montpellier in the future.
Nice and comfortable place to stay
Nice place, quiet and safety. Good price per day.
if you remember the maid's rooms in Downton Abbey then you will have a very good notion of what the rooms are like ; you climb up a narrow stairway (no elevator) to find sparkling clean, relatively roomy and airy for cheap (or even not so cheap) French hotel standards
People in the hallway were audible, but I did not hear voices in the neighboring rooms. The two double beds had decently firm matresses and good quality linens, but the mattresses were 5cm too short for me (I'm 175 cm

good location ,few minutes away from train station
The bed was comfortable enough to get a good night’s sleep, and the room had all the basics you’d expect—clean towels, a decent bathroom setup, and enough space to move around without feeling cramped
I stayed in a single room on the top-floor attic, which felt like being on the 7th floor in terms of height. The room was very small with a sloped ceiling. Although it had a skylight and a window, neither could be opened
The location is fantastic! It's an 8-minute walk to the train station and a 9-minute walk to the bus station. The Capitol Square is just 12 minutes away, and the river is about a 15-minute walk
There's a Lidl supermarket right across the street, and a Carrefour City about 2 minutes away. I've been to Toulouse dozens of times, and I can't believe I never noticed this place before
The hotel is conveniently located about a ten-minute walk from the train station, which offers direct airport connections. Major city center attractions are also within walking distance

Our room was immaculate and all the staff very welcoming and helpful. There was no kettle but we were provided with one when requested. The pool was a lovely addition
It was in a quiet location about 30 minutes walk from medieval city. The area around the hotel was a retail park and a bit shabby. The busy road and state of footpaths meant that taxi or bus is safer option
There is a bus service but it stops early in the evening and doesn’t run on Sundays so you’re stuck either paying for taxis or doing a lot of walking back to the hotel every day
Nice property and very friendly staff.
Nice enough hotel but poor location
Nice enough hotel. It is in the middle of an industrial estate though so unless you have a car, it’s a difficult location to be in
There were some issues with the lock, but they were quickly resolved

Very pleasant stay at this recently completed new build hotel (some work still ongoing but silently). Huge room, very accessible, great balcony view. Breakfast good but service variable - one day great, the other less so
Fantastic stay at this top-rung hotel. Given the overall pricing tier of the Chateau & Relais, the staff while friendly, at times seemed overwhelmed. Perhaps better training will help.
A bit outside the city, an old wine yard, residency. Luxury hotel with everything you can wish for. Friendly reception, picked up my bags. Room was the best I ever experienced with all amenities
Facilities and service were all outstanding. They upgraded our room upon arrival and were able to accommodate last-minute dinner and spa reservations
Only downside was that our itinerary just allowed us to stay one night. We will have to stay at least a few days on our next visit
This is by far the most beautiful place to stay within 100km of Montpellier! 5 star all the way

Great location close to shops and cafes. Had a great time. Rooms are a bit small but at least they had a lift.
Excellent option for staying a few days on vacation in Montpellier. Great location, clean updated rooms, and the staff is very personable. Highly recommend
Very good and strategic position in the city center. Good breakfast.
Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room, perfect location between the train station and Place de la Comédie. Classic features stylishly decorated, with imagination and a sense of humor
Easy check-in and great location. Three minutes to Place Comedie and five minutes to Gare St Roch. We enjoyed Montpellier.
Strategic location.
A deal with a nearby parking lot made parking convenient.
Friendly and always available staff.

Overall, I was satisfied with my stay at this hotel. It's clear that this isn't the kind of place where you expect anything special, and in that sense, my expectations were met
Everything was perfectly fine for an overnight stay, with no problems whatsoever. Of course, there are always things you wish could be better, but overall, my impression was positive
Totally satisfied and perfect for our purpose. Very friendly receptionists. Nice details, kettle for instant coffee or tea. Big and comfortable double bed.
Let's face it, it's not a hotel to spend your vacation. But it's perfect for a one night stop when traveling a few days
The hotel parking lot is free. There are commercial centers, McDonald's restaurants, etc. nearby. The room is slightly small and the sound insulation is a bit poor. Everything else is good. The breakfast is acceptable.
Stayed to visit the Coliseum, hotel was clean & breakfast was good. Just not many eating selections nearby when we were there. Adequate for our 1 night stop over in the city.

Perfect !
High level cleanliness. TV with the possibility of casting your phone (Netflix, Prime or streaming donation)
And the icing on the cake - excellent, personalized service :-)
Really friendly staff. Nice and quiet hotel. The room was nice and clean and there was the aircondition in the room. Easy access for the highway.
Private parking on front of the hotel.
Nice and clean room with a wonderful space for the third bed. Nice and helpful staff, great food and very affordable! We will be back! Elisabeth, Hedda and Thomas from Sweden!
Very pleasantly surprised by the establishment. Except for a small downside, the price of breakfast was higher once there. Too bad but the staff was really pleasant and helpful
A very convenient hotel for those traveling by car. Free closed parking. Clean rooms.

The hotel is nice and well located, right in the city center. The rooms are comfortable, and the atmosphere is welcoming
Its central location makes it easy to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transportation
Great hotel and well received but the connection was not strong enough in the room
Excellent service. Very good breakfast with lots of choice. Pleasant staff.
The apartment is in a good location, right by the river. There is a parking lot nearby for convenient parking. The front desk service hours are not always available, which is a bit inconvenient
The location is perfect for a visit to Toulouse. It has a small kitchen with utensils that works very well.
Good book in , stored bikes, pleasant gave good local info
Overall a great pick if staying downtown Béziers
Excellent location on main street of Béziers. We arrived during the xmas market, best I have ever seen. Béziers Xmas market is a must see. Room was small but sufficient.
A hotel with little atmosphere. The lighting in the room is very bright (neon effect). There are no comfortable chairs. Breakfast, considering the price of 25 euros for two people, is very basic. We won't be returning.
Everything was perfect for one night during our trip, location, cleanliness, personnal...
It was a pleasant stay ! The hotel was nice, bed cozy & clean, all perfect 👌
Very well equipped room with a kitchenette, out of standard for such a price.

Our stay at this lovely hotel could not have been better. We have stayed in many hotels. This is one of the very best we have experienced. Very well positioned, presented, organized and staffed
Our front desk receptionist, Olivier, was terrific! He booked trains and restaurant reservations for us and did not disappoint. We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel
The is a lovely property by the river in Toulouse. It’s not right in the heart of the city but worth it! The staff are exceptional
Beautiful facility, staff was very friendly and helpful, interesting neighborhood and walking distance to Notre Dame.
Beautiful property, fantastic rooms, and excellent location. The staff was great. Highly recommended.
The rooms were very modern yet the building was old and historical
