One huge hotel with a view to a sea. Great services. Very nice and large rooms (at least some of them).

The staff are too lazy, the pool were open butt there is no towels in the pool. they wanted us to bring the towels from our rooms

I can't say anything about the rooms, but I bought a membership here: gym, hamam, swimming pool. Cost - 250 GEL for unlimited use. Excellent price for this complex. Good running machines, top-notch

We ended up booking the Hilton last-minute on Trip. com, and the service was excellent. The rooms at the Hilton were reassuringly good

The choice of machines themselves is small, but all the main ones for muscle groups are there. There are usually not many people

The restaurant at the top is very nice as well. Giant pool outside really nice sauna. Our stay was amazing! And close to all the good locations

The property’s location, right in front of the beach, is stunning. The views are lovely and the building itself looks impressive. Sadly, the service and operational quality did not match the pricing or brand promise

The hotel breakfast was a little busy though but the hotel managed to cater for the amount of people coming for breakfast. When you leave the dining hall there is also a casino in the hotel which was excited to go to

Repeated WiFi Failures Within an hour of check-in, the WiFi stopped working. I had official calls to attend, yet even after 2–3 hours, the issue wasn’t resolved. The next day, the WiFi again went down for 2–3 hours

When a room is marked “ready,” basic quality checks should ensure fixtures are functional. Breakfast Quality Below Standard The breakfast buffet was largely cold. Vegetarian options were extremely limited

The hotel is right on the seaside and has a parking lot. It was drizzling when we drove to the hotel to check in. The hotel waiter helped us move our luggage from the car to the room

The hotel restaurant served delicious traditional Georgian dishes and local wines at reasonable prices, and the dining experience was comfortable

Upon arriving in Georgia, the front desk staff were very friendly and upgraded me to a suite upon check-in

Cosmetic repairs are needed: wallpaper needs to be updated, the bathroom fixtures need to be replaced, the lamps (due to wiring issues), and the air conditioner needs to be cleaned and fixed so it doesn't leak into the closet

My wife and I, along with another couple, had booked sea view rooms for 5 nights, which were paid in full in advance, but we were informed a couple of days prior to our stay that there were no sea view rooms available for our first two nights there

This is while guests at all other hotels in that area need to cross the boulevard running along the coast in order to access the beach

The sea view rooms are larger than city view ones, have balconies, and give you spectacular views

The hotel is, I think, the only property that has direct beach access which is a plus

Housekeeping and room service was good and the only issue was that both at our fist check-in and also the second one when we exchanged rooms, no one brought up our luggage and after 40 minutes I had to go down to the lobby and take them to our room myself

The cities biggest mall, Grand Mall, is right across the street and the property is ideally located within walking distance to many restaurants, stores, and tourist attractions

Facilities: Maintaining the usual Marriott brand quality, the semi-open balcony offers expansive ocean views, allowing us to enjoy the sunset from our seats. The indoor pool is spacious and boasts stunning ocean views

The gym and spa are also excellent. Environment: Located in a busy downtown area, close to the coastline. Nearby are supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, shopping malls, and hotels

Best hotel in Batumi ever they have so many facilities and also staff are really friendly and helpful. Would come back again for sure

In Batumi, the Las Vegas of the Black Sea, this hotel is far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, built by the sea, and has a panoramic view of the beautiful seaside

But the view is that: discovery, animal, NAT geo Wild, TNT, Ren-TV, and a couple Russian. Close to the sea but with numbers not seen it, I have a view of the pool. Bathrobes and Slippers are included in rooms

There are pharmacies, ATMs, local small supermarkets, Indian restaurants, Ukrainian restaurants, Georgian restaurants, Georgian seafood restaurants, and lights in the surrounding area

**, nightclubs, and bars are worthy of the Black Sea Las Vegas😁

All rooms face the sea level and have sea view

However, the hotel was renovated many years ago and is a little old, but the service of the service staff is in place, and those old facilities can be ignored. Instead, it gives people a sense of historical immersion

The hotel facilities are very new, and the service was decent. The surrounding area is great, just a short walk to the beach, and all the main attractions are within walking distance

You can enjoy a sea view from the balcony, and at night, you can even see the musical fountain

The hotel is decent, and the breakfasts are good. However, if you're staying in a sea-view room on weekends, you're in for a surprise: loud parties and music blasting until 3 AM.

The food is great, pools are ok (not great but still does the trick if its raining etc. The rooms are very nice, the hotel is new so all amenities are in very good order

As an international chain hotel, the cleanliness and hygiene were excellent, and there was a generous and varied breakfast spread. Overall, everything was good, and I had a very pleasant stay

The Breakfast is always live music and the choice of dishes will satisfy any gourmet. On the ground floor there is a loungebar where always in the evenings, playing DJ and making hookahs

The road under the windows does not interfere with your vacation at all. Like trains, they run extremely rarely. The sea is just a stone's throw away. And also to listen to the birds singing

Very large portions of dishes. Georgian dishes are always a little spicier and saltier. If necessary (since we are with a child), they took into account our wishes. And they did not make the dishes salty or peppery

Location is great, cross the street and you’ll be in Batumi’s boulevard and sea where you can swim

Many shops around in the area as you can find groceries and Turkish restaurants. The view of the rooms are wonderful as you can see the sea and the city from the top. There is a kettle with coffee and tea

Negatives: The building is old. Bad smell in the bathrooms and pathways. They need to use air fresheners and disinfectants. No facial tissues inside the rooms. Need to provide 4 mugs as the rooms fit 4 persons

People in the reception desk were friendly and the pullman was ready to pick up our luggages to our rooms. Cleaning services are available everyday. Slippers, body lotion and small shampoo are available

The location is pretty good, close to tourist spots and also local shops and services. For a 4-star place it was totally fine, and breakfast was decent too. Overall, a comfortable and friendly stay

They don’t provide blankets on the beds! No brush and toothpastes! The balcony is nice but dangerous if you have kids. Some towels are small , need to have ones bigger for taking shower

Since it is a private beach owned by the hotel not many people will be there so we can enjoy as much as we want. The breakfast was also great and really tasty. 😊😊 There were many choices for us to select from

The main attractive point of the hotel was the beach side and the view of the city from our room. For that I would give 10/10 It is a perfect spot for enjoying beach time with family

The glass wall in the shower was dirty. There was no clothes dryer either, but there was a washing machine. The windows did not look out onto the sea, but onto the backyard

We rented a room at a very low price, so it's a sin to complain. But there are some flaws in the room that should be fixed. A broken bed, a crack in the bathroom, but these are minor things
