It is a decent hotel with normal food and a swimming pool. There is a sauna and fitness equipment. Upstairs club. The staff is very polite with customers.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast offered a good variety. Special thanks to Ms. Zehra at the front desk.

The staff are too lazy, the pool were open butt there is no towels in the pool. they wanted us to bring the towels from our rooms

This made even simple requests unnecessarily complicated. Inedible Food on Day 1 On the day we checked in, we ordered a ciabatta pesto sandwich. The ciabatta was so hard it was impossible to chew

I can't say anything about the rooms, but I bought a membership here: gym, hamam, swimming pool. Cost - 250 GEL for unlimited use. Excellent price for this complex. Good running machines, top-notch

My wife and I, along with another couple, had booked sea view rooms for 5 nights, which were paid in full in advance, but we were informed a couple of days prior to our stay that there were no sea view rooms available for our first two nights there

The cities biggest mall, Grand Mall, is right across the street and the property is ideally located within walking distance to many restaurants, stores, and tourist attractions

Although we were refunded for the price difference, I still accept a 4 or 5-star property to upgrade guests when there’s such a mix-up instead of downgrading them

It’s not worthy to opt for city view rooms as they are only US$7 cheaper per night and the street noise is a real nuisance

The place was so beautiful, it was up on a hill, the restaurant has good food and the whether was just perfect, room was tidy but it was a little cold at nights, the view and wether was perfect

The staff member claimed that they sometimes come in through the window, but they clearly live inside the jacuzzi—they don’t fly in through windows

The Breakfast is always live music and the choice of dishes will satisfy any gourmet. On the ground floor there is a loungebar where always in the evenings, playing DJ and making hookahs

In the Infinity pool you are not allowed to take photographs while leaning on the edge. There are not enough sun loungers near the pool. We were on an all-inclusive basis

The waitress explained they were finely ground into the dressing. The bowl was so big, this could easily have served 2-3 people. I then had the Black Sea sea bass. I little firmer than Chilean sea bass I’m used to

We just arrived in Batumi with my family and checked into the beautiful New Wave Hotel. This is our first time visiting Batumi, and despite traveling quite often, we have never felt so genuinely welcomed anywhere else

On the other side of the hotel there are isolated apartments that are also for rent. In general, a super impression!!!!! Every time I drive or walk past, the best memories come to mind!!!))))

Hotel Graphic is a charming boutique hotel! It is not huge but very well appointed and spotless! Rooms are specious and clean, housekeeping came daily and fresh towels were always provided

I do not know whst kind of appetite they have, but I stsyed for a week and was never hungry. Of course, the earlier you come, the more choices are available and some things do run out but they do get replenished

The location is perfect: walking distance to the Delphinarium, plenty of places to eat around and, as opposed to staying at Orbi, no huge crowds. I highly recommend Graphic hotel and plan to return!
