It is a decent hotel with normal food and a swimming pool. There is a sauna and fitness equipment. Upstairs club. The staff is very polite with customers.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast offered a good variety. Special thanks to Ms. Zehra at the front desk.

The staff are too lazy, the pool were open butt there is no towels in the pool. they wanted us to bring the towels from our rooms

My wife and I, along with another couple, had booked sea view rooms for 5 nights, which were paid in full in advance, but we were informed a couple of days prior to our stay that there were no sea view rooms available for our first two nights there

The cities biggest mall, Grand Mall, is right across the street and the property is ideally located within walking distance to many restaurants, stores, and tourist attractions

Although we were refunded for the price difference, I still accept a 4 or 5-star property to upgrade guests when there’s such a mix-up instead of downgrading them

It’s not worthy to opt for city view rooms as they are only US$7 cheaper per night and the street noise is a real nuisance

whole of third floor is a huge restaurant on one side and swimming pool on other side. bathroom is ok with required toiletries. Since moving out never tasted their food but breakfast that was impressive

It is in a quiet place, the breakfast is good but it is not like a 5 star hotel. The rooms are old, the bed is uncomfortable, the bathroom is small

The place was so beautiful, it was up on a hill, the restaurant has good food and the whether was just perfect, room was tidy but it was a little cold at nights, the view and wether was perfect
