nice hotel with great staff thank you Giorgi supervisor he gave rooms same floor and early check at 11:00 thanks rati for give us great service and nice rooms and irakli he helped us for luggage

Toilet omits Oder and it seems that this is a problem in many apartments because this is my second time in the hotel and it is still there

They try to give us a lower cost room. We lost 30 minutes to change rooms and floors. Finally we get the room which we had booked.

Beautiful suite in a fantastic location. However, the service is poor. At check-in, we were promised we could stay in the same room due to another reservation. However, that promise wasn't kept the next day. No suitable solution was offered either. We were allowed to cancel, but then had to pay all the costs. Moreover, Trip's website claims an indoor pool is included, which isn't the case. You can use the pool for a hefty 80 GEL per day fee. Next time, I'll book a different hotel.

The amenities are quite good, the rooms are clean, and the beach is close. The McDonald's next door is also large and nice, perfect for breakfast, but you have to arrive before 10:00 AM to avoid rush hour and slow food delivery. Now, the bad part: the service is abysmal. They require check-in after 4:00 PM, but won't let you check in earlier. Your luggage is left in a mess in the lobby, with no luggage storage procedures. They require check-in by 11:00 AM, but they keep calling to remind you when you're supposed to. The check-in line is long and slow, and I have to make three calls for each reservation. I have no idea what they're talking about, what room type I booked, or whether I paid online. The elevator is always packed. Perhaps it's cheaper than nearby hotels, so there are more guests? To add a sofa bed, you have to pay at the front desk first, and then you have to wait a long time. It took four calls to get someone to make it. It was arguably the worst stay of this trip. If I had known, I would have booked the Courtyard Marriott in the same building next door.

This hotel is in a very good location, near to the sea and not far from ancient city. The rooms don't have the front view to the sea, but anyway the view is awesome. The staff is very welcome, many thanks to Megi and Amine for their help.
