We had a very good experience at the Ibis Styles in Batumi. The building has a proper gym, which is very well equipped, and entry is free for hotel guests. On the first floor, there's free billiards and table tennis available. The rooms are quite okay.

A wonderful hotel overlooking the sea, close to the Corniche and the Boulevard, and surrounded by many restaurants and supermarkets. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is delicious and varied. It has a restaurant, a gym, and a children's games section. The reception is beautiful, and I thank the employees Maria and Lana for their good treatment and elegant style.

Our experience in ibis style was very nice, the location of the hotel is close to the city center, in addition to the excellent reception. We thank Maryam at the reception for the wonderful help in everything, in communicating in Arabic, and the kind treatment. The only bad thing is that there is no room service.

Excellent location, everything is within walking distance. There are many good cafes and restaurants close by. We had a twin-bed room on the 7th floor with a beautiful view of the Square and the Black Sea in the background. The staff at the reception are all very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay at Monarch Hotel!

The advertised free parking was not available, so we had to park on the street in a paid zone.

The location is excellent, in the center of old Batumi. Cleanliness, daily cleaning, friendly and welcoming staff. Breakfasts are not very varied, but acceptable for this level of hotel. Disliked: the bed was uncomfortable to sleep in. The mattress was good, but there was no hair conditioner in the room. I had to ask the cleaning lady for one.

The hotel is in a very good location, but its only drawback is the bedding. The mattresses are very uncomfortable, worn out, and very soft. We slept very poorly. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with back problems.

When I asked for some ice to treat a bruise on my head after accidentally knocking into a glass door, the bar staff kindly provided me with a full basket of ice, which I truly appreciated. Receptionist were so kindness person they can speak English very well. Price was 190 gel it’s normal compared to other hotel. Location is good you can walk from hotel to beach, where you can see sea views Ali Nino statue, alphabet tower, gondola. In addition, you can also try Georgian wines near to hotel.

Only 2 minor points to mention were the power sockets, you needed an adapter, which the reception brought to us, so that's excellent service.But the only normal socket had a problem if I plugged my phone charger, it didn't charge, you would have to hold it in a specific way. After a good deal of research, I booked Batumi World Palace. After my very positive experience, I shall be staying there from now on. Nice hotel with perfect location near historical center and beach. The room was nice and clean. We had also balcony, minibar and TV. The only negative was shower which is terrible. It has no gradient and the water was everywhere in the bathroom not just in the shower. WiFi was stable and fast enough for basic browsing or video calls. Staff was super friendly!

The hotel is rated 4 star, however it actually isn't with its facilities. But, whatever they lack in facilities, they make it up with the customer service. For kosher and non-kosher people one of the luxuries restaurant, food is very delicious, variety of food will surprise you. I recommend to everyone, enjoyed every moment. Hotel has every eminent for kosher people, you won’t regret and it is worth of every cent.

Ran down. Problems with the room weren't handled properly. We had to switch rooms due to a leak (!) in our room, the new room was better but had problems, too. Not enough pancakes in breakfast, each time they bring out ten units... It's a joke The rooms are big which is good and the food is kosher.

The air conditioning in the room did not work, there was no shampoo, no gel, no soap. There were no slippers either, I tried to walk around the room barefoot, dust stuck, so I had to walk in my flip-flops. The glass wall in the shower was dirty.
