Before landing to Georgia i decided to keep in touch with the hotel to check on transfer availability from the train station in Kobuleti to the hotel. Reception replied literally within an hour with detailed information

Great hotel, very close to the sea and with its own restaurant. The garden is clean and well kept, with a nice big pool. Rooms are not very large but well equipped with a fridge, AC, table, and shelves

Extremely kind hosts! Clean rooms, swimming pool, good price, near to the pebbles beach and restaurants. Not far from Batumi, black Sandy Beach and National Park.

On the plus side: a spacy hotel with its own swimming pool, close to the see, delicious soup for lunch

Breakfasts were tasty, and kids especially loved the food. The only downside was some of the other guests. Many were extremely loud, sometimes staying up until 1–2 a. eating in the hallways or on balconies

Others come here to relax, not to listen to crying children or late-night dinners. Parents, kindly keep an eye on your kids and make sure they don’t disturb those around them

We had a misunderstanding one evening where they didn't know we were expecting dinner, but another hostess, Miranda, asked what we wanted (she was very patient with my limited Georgian) cooked us up an amazing spread of food within 20 minutes! On top of all this, the sea is a 2-minute walk away, and it's clean and calm enough to swim in (on most days), even with young children

Good choice for the appropriate price. Close to the beach, clean rooms, well-trained and friendly personnel, and super delicious meals.

The rooms have balconies with a little table and chairs, and a drying rack, convenient for wet swimsuits and other clothes. We often left the balcony doors open in both bedrooms to let in the fresh sea air

It isn't menu-style, you just request to have dinner or whatever meals you want, and they bring you an abundant and varied spread of tasty Georgian food! The main hostess, Pati, speaks good English and you can easily request a specific kind of food if you'd like

I can't say enough about it! The decor is so pretty and classy that it's a pleasure to just walk in the room, and yet everything is pretty sturdy and kid-friendly

Everything was in good working order and the beds were quite comfortable. Their restaurant serves absolutely delicious food

I Dont Get All The bad reviews for its price, its a really good hotel for a family vacation the food is amazing the rooms are too. they bring food really quickly and the service is great. its just the pool is too warm

Review about the restaurant: We've had lunch at this restaurant several times, and we've always had a great experience! The menu has a wide variety of options, the service is impressively fast, and the staff are friendly and welcoming

The Khachapuri is not the best in the area but certainly is tasty as it is one of the Adjara staples. The grilled and stewed pork are good and perfectly colored. The fish is even better and perhaps the reason to come

This review is for the restaurant only. It certainly is a beautiful location almost at the Turkish border. Should you be here for any reason, in my opinion the restaurant is a very nice place to dine in the area

The red mullet is fresh, salty and perfectly fried, as long as the chef doesn’t mess up, you will enjoy it. I would not go out of my way to come here but you won’t regret if you are in the area and need a meal

And so a wonderful hotel, good rooms, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a balcony, all this of course is worth the price. Delicious food and sympathetic hosts (even too much), but this, as we understand it, is a Georgian trait

There are not enough dishes and microwaves in the shared kitchen, basic utensils, a small refrigerator in the room

The air conditioning in the rooms is new and powerful. A refrigerator is available in the hallway. The sea is very close, just across the main road. We stayed here for a week and we are leaving very satisfied

Near a good cafe, the store has a pharmacy. To the sea a couple of minutes walk. Thank you very much to the owners for the warm and cordial welcome, special thanks for their hospitality

The main attractive point of the hotel was the beach side and the view of the city from our room. For that I would give 10/10 It is a perfect spot for enjoying beach time with family

Each room has a balcony with a view of the sea and the city beyond. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious. If you want to relax, swim and sunbathe, I definitely recommend this hotel

Amazing hotel with gorgeous sea views! Thank you sooo much for your wonderful location and service! The people working there are so kind and polite starting with the cleaning ladies to reception desk ladies! Breakfasts were perfect, the wide range of dishes and the dogs there are sooo cute! Tucked away in a charming spot near the Agro cable car, it's just a quick 1km stroll to the vibrant Batumi Boulevard and the iconic Alphabet Tower – ideal for sunset walks and soaking in those Black Sea views

A nice family run hotel that has everything a big brand new hotel would offer, but has a warm touch. The rooms were complete and impeccable. The front desk service was good

The breakfast room is big & beautiful with music videos, and it is a colorful varied full buffet breakfast, the only two comments I would make are 1) there are no made-to-order omelettes, waffles, or pancakes and 2) you better get there at the beginning of breakfast otherwise the food & beverages will be mostly gone and they won't put out replacements hahaha
