The room was clean but not the pool and surrounding. Service was bad, staff wasn’t paying attention to guests and how clean was the standing of the pool. Most of the time towels were missing

The downsides are weak wi-fi and a long wait for the elevators. But if you are on vacation and in no hurry, then this is a great opportunity to put your phone aside

The price includes breakfast, quite monotonous, but standard, as in many hotels. Bathrobe, slippers, shower gel. There is a hairdryer in the room and an iron in the common corridor, which you can use for free

Generally a nice place. Location is perfect. Breakfast, even in low season, is good. Single rooms miss proper ventilation sorely, they become too moist after taking a shower. Bathrooms are large and comfortable.

The most important thing is the location on the beautiful Piazza square, where there are cafes, and in the evenings artists perform on the stage and you can spend the evening without going far from the hotel

Single room, but the bed in it was double, which made me very happy, wardrobe, safe, air conditioning in the room, TV. From the window there is a beautiful view of the street

The rooms were clean and the location was very central, right in the heart of Batumi. The view from our room's balcony was amazing. One side of the balcony overlooked Nuri Lake and the other side faced the sea.

This is a very good hotel considering its location, comfort, security, and value for money. You can walk everywhere. We forgot our luggage, and they were very attentive. If I come back, I'd stay here again.

Delicious and varied breakfasts. The location is excellent, quiet and right in the center. The sea is a 5-7-minute walk away. The receptionist offered a complimentary late checkout. The view from the room is stunning.

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the beach and next to Europa Square, making it convenient for exploring the old town. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast is quite good

The hotel is in a very good location, but its only drawback is the bedding. The mattresses are very uncomfortable, worn out, and very soft. We slept very poorly. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with back problems.

Hotel Graphic is a charming boutique hotel! It is not huge but very well appointed and spotless! Rooms are specious and clean, housekeeping came daily and fresh towels were always provided

My room faced the street but was fairly quiet. The bed was super comfortable, better than at some 5 star hotels I visited I read reviews where some folks stated breakfast was not enough

Driver Enrico for a couple of minutes returned to the hotel and gave me my lost wallet, calming me, all my thanks and gratitude replied that it was all nonsense, just asked to calm down and not to worry

I have been stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Location is good near the beach but It has no View to sea. Clean hotel, Staff are so polit and responsible against guests. Breakfast is not good for Iranian.

The location is next to the Botanical Garden, so it's very beautiful. The hotel is cozy, with excellent views on the sea and green flora. The beach is in 2 minutes walk. The rooms are very clean with comfy beds

The breakfast was fresh and filling, and the hotel restaurant served tasty dishes until 11 pm. Towels and toiletries were replaced every day, and I also liked that beach towels were provided at the entrance

And by the way, breakfasts are served until 11. 30), which is important for those who do not get up with the first roosters. A very comfortable swimming pool with a recreation area with a wonderful view

When I asked for some ice to treat a bruise on my head after accidentally knocking into a glass door, the bar staff kindly provided me with a full basket of ice, which I truly appreciated. The hotel is new and very clean

The bathroom just needs some minor maintenance, especially the shower drain, as the water tends to pool and doesn't drain quickly. The bathrobes were comfortable and pleasant to use

they have a in-house restaurant which will serve you the best food from 11 am till late and we actually almost never went to other restaurants because it is so delicious
