The large pool is a very good alternative to a stormy sea - you can have a nice day independent to the weather

The google map does not show the narrow passage to the seaside directly opposite to the hotel - you have only a short walk to the beach

The animators are taking care of children - it was the first time since long I could relax at pool

The soundproofing was decent; we didn't hear anyone in the neighboring rooms, only the rooster crowing in the morning and the neighbor repairing his car. Cafes, shops, a market, and the beach are within walking distance

The location is very convenient. The hotel is on a small, quiet side street. You can park your car behind a fence on the side street. The sea is about 5-7 minutes away

The rooms were clean, with a shower, toilet, air conditioning, and TV. Parking was never a problem, and we drove around the area every day to see the many attractions. We'll definitely visit again if we get the chance

The hosts are kind and caring, always ready to help and make your stay pleasant. The rooms are modest, but have everything you need: air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom, a shared kitchen, and a washing machine

Our room had a good mattress, but the pillows were feather (which could be a problem for those with allergies)

There's a large shared kitchen downstairs and a small additional kitchenette on the 3rd floor. On the 2nd and 3rd floors, there are large shared areas where you can hang out with a large group

The hotel has its own access to the sea and also has a swimming pool. The pool is big enough to swim. 70m The hotel provides beach towels as well as free sun loungers and parasols

It's old renovated, but clean. Service and staff are very good. Breakfast was included in the service and we had a choice of what to eat. The pool was great ♡

Everything was great! Especially the attitude of the staff. They will always enter the position. The breakfasts are delicious and satisfying. I recommend it for a relaxing family vacation

Quite decent quality and prices for a Georgian resort. The rooms are clean, the furniture is not new, but complete and comfortable. Very sincere people work there. Change of bed linen and towels every day

The choice of food is small, but you will not leave hungry. There are cereals, fruits, salads. In general, you can choose a comfortable diet for yourself

Different stuff loaded in evacuation staircase. Fire safety perspective I would not recommend. Evacuation plan on the wall (1. st floor) doesn’t match real situation. We had 2 breakfast at the rooftop restaurant

Rooms are clean and room service is very fast and polite. Breakfast is good and located on 4th floor. Restaurant prices are like in Europe and you won’t get local food. Better places to go for wine and dinner

In September oranges are ready and very good. But you serve orange juice from glass bottle. Waiters at the restaurant need some more training. I can’t finish up my request and they already run away

Although some points I would stress out : 1. Evacuation staircase fire doors are constantly open. In case of fire you are trapped. Fire doors are not correctly fitted into wall

Nice hotel with perfect location near historical center and beach. We had also balcony, minibar and TV. The only negative was shower which is terrible

Breakfast was delicious and served until later in the morning in case you like to sleep in. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again

The hotel is rated 4 star, however it actually isn't with its facilities. But, whatever they lack in facilities, they make it up with the customer service

Next let me shortly describe my positive memories: marvelous territory with many plants and trees, nice cafeteria inside the hotel (tasty food and nice prices), very good location of the hotel (near the sea, bus stop nearby), clean and fully equipped rooms, swimming pool inside the hotel

The hotel has a basketball court, a large pool and a cafe from which, among other dishes, you can taste delicious Georgian traditional food, the rooms are always clean, the staff are helpful and friendly, the food is delicious, also the beach is very close, which is a bonus point for me

Service was amazing, people were very sweet, welcoming and friendly. The hotel is also really close to the beach, which gives opportunity for nice and relaxing walk alongside the sea even at nights.

The black sea hotel is located right on the beach, it takes 1 minute to get in the sea from the hotel

Excellent location, right at the beatch. Very basic interior, but clean and friendly. Terrific view of the mountains and sea. Georgian cusine offered in a small restaurant at the beach.

I liked the cafe on the beach, we've been there 3 times. The waitress was always very friendly and quick. Schashlik, kebab, pasta carbonara and adjarian khachapuri are a must-try

The rooms are great, also you won't be spending much time in there because come in you can be at the beach in a second, waddaya want in that room

But beach is not private as advertised, have to pay for lounges and ambrellas. Beach shoes are must to get to the water

I liked: Reception reacts to guests’ request extremely fast Cleaning service do their best (though u have to ask to make up your room) BUT 1) u have a kettle in the room, bit there is no tea/coffee and no cups/glasses 2) air-conditioning is very poor due to glass windows 3) it’s always wet on the bathroom even if u take a shower very accurate 4) breakfast is like u are in a charity house: boiled eggs...

5 mins walk from Black sea coastline. Tea and sugar were provided in rooms. Rooms were cleaned on request. Breakfast was ok and options were available

Many grocery shops, pharmacies, atms, shopping stores, and others are very close. Plus it is 5 minutes walking to 6 may park and very close to the beach

We stayed here in our first Batumi stay. The manager was polite and speaks great Turkish. Very central and markets nearby. Breakfast is nice.

Very nice hotel. 2 minute walk to the sea. Restaurant had excellent food. Very nice and friendly staff. Pool is a plus. If you have children, there's a big playground nearby as well.

There is an air conditioner and mid-size fridge in the room. The TV was dismantled, but we don't care, and there is no time to watch TV. They have a beautiful backyard with pool, grass, trees, and sheslon

The parking is from another street, Rustaveli Street. There is an intercom to push and talk with the administrator to open the gate. The location is very convenient. Around 200 meters from the beach

The most comfortable thing is that the restaurant and hotel are together, under the same owner. Rooms are clean and wide with two balconies. The reservation worked very well

Well, in the mornings, the "aroma" of sewage (by the way, this is a real problem in all the guest houses where we lived before). But there were no interruptions in water and the Internet, this is a plus
