Tsereteli Palace in Batumi

A nice family run hotel that has everything a big brand new hotel would offer, but has a warm touch. The rooms were complete and impeccable. The parking was good. The front desk service was good.

The breakfast room is big & beautiful with music videos, and it is a colorful varied full buffet breakfast, the only two comments I would make are 1) there are no made-to-order omelettes, waffles, or pancakes and 2) you better get there at the beginning of breakfast otherwise the food & beverages will be mostly gone and they won't put out replacements hahaha.

Anyway I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high standard at a reasonable price and who would rather support a nice local family instead of a huge impersonal corporate franchise.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The rooms have a great AC which was important as it was really hot outside. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Mamuka. The food could be a bit more diverse, for example, cornflakes would be a nice option for kids’ breakfast. The location is great, very convenient.

Nice hotel in convenient location (very close to a nice park, sea, city center). Owner’s attitude is just fabulous. Mamuka was so friendly and helpful! Breakfast was good, always hot and cold choices, juice, watermelon, some sweets for coffee.

Batumi is a mix of modern and historical architecture and infrastructure and Tsereteli Palace hotel embodies this charm. My third floor room by the elevator was spacious with a nook and a renovated bathroom including a shattaf. There is a rain shower and a hand hand shower, water pressure is great, and not a drop of water leaks out of the shower.

The manager Mamuka is an extreme professional going above and beyond to inform, provide, organize, guide and host. His attention to details big and small ensured we had dinner reservations, guided tours near and far, specific items from shops, and perfectly planned tours for the time we could dedicate to them.

We were traveling as a large group of 26 people including a few families with children, a mixed age group, and multicultural group. All of us were positively impacting by him. I appreciated how smooth check in was with his having the keys and documents ready for us on arrival, avoiding long queues.

The breakfast included a large variety of cheeses and meats as well baked goods and items like eggs, vegetables, and grains. A barista made coffees while juices and teas were available.

Nearby it is lovely and yet we were undisturbed by any street noise. One could

The hotel is excellent. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Location is also very good: there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Pros: - Clean rooms - Comfortable beds and other furniture - Large bathroom - New disposable toothbrush and toothpaste every day - Brilliant staff - Not expensive Cons: - Not very good bedside lamps - Some rooms are without curtains (i really recommend to use a sleep mask) - Lack of mosquito nets (but this is common problem for hotels in Georgia)

This is the best hotel in Batumi. I have stayed in 2 different rooms just to make sure that I am not dreaming. rooms are meticulously clean along with bathrooms. brilliant service. staff is amazing. great location. almost everything is within walking distance. bars, restaurants,shopping, even pharmacy is around the corner.I definitely recommend this place. you won't regret
