Nice hotel in the center of Batumi: delicious breakfast, attentive service and it was very important for us that there is private parking. The sea is nearby. I recommend!

Spent four nights at this hotel. Room was quite big . Consisted of a living room and a double bed room .Air condition was located in the "living room" . There was also a little terrace in which the engine of the A/C was located so it was not covinient. There was no lights beside beds and there was a problem with the shower pipe which was fixed later. Also the frige did not work and had to be replaced..Breakfast was decent but suprisingly only from 09:00 o'clock...location was pretty good and the area was quite. In the close vicinity two supermarkets. One is 24/7 and the other till midnight. There was also bars and restaurants near by. As a whole it is a budget accomodation especially if you do not mind to take your way upstairs to the third floor because there is no elevator....

Everything was very good, only one problem, no elevator, but stuff help to pick up baggage on the third floor
