The water in the pool was dirty, and there were serious concerns about health and safety. Most of the time, our calls and messages were completely ignored. When we finally managed to reach someone, they were rude and dishonest.
We stayed there for only about an hour before deciding to leave — that’s how bad it was. Despite that, the deposit was never returned, and the owner kept avoiding responsibility.
I have never encountered so much lying from hotel staff — especially from the owner or director, who even tried to hide his connection to the hotel to avoid taking responsibility or issuing a refund.
Beautiful location, but absolutely terrible management and service. Would not recommend.
I could accept several things but if you remember how much you paid....
Dirty rooms, cutlery and dishes on the shelves as if from grandma's house. Our room was missing everything that was supposed to be there - no tea/coffee, shampoo, shower gel, soap. For some reason there were no knives and grill.
Naturally, we’ll keep silent about bathrobes and charcoal for grilling. There is no lighter/matches either.
We wrote the host and within an hour or two they delivered all this to us (well, just bought in the store on the way). But for such a price I do not want to think about it and sit for 2 hours without the opportunity to wash my hands or cut at least something to eat.
