A definitely nice place to stay if you're visiting Signaghi, it has its own terrace with beautiful views, room was very clean and more than enough for two people. Host was generally s great person to be around with.

It was a wonderful, memorable stay at her house 8 months ago. She was a very courteous and considerate lady. I say Georgians are nice people, and she's exemplary among them all

Perfect place for your weekend. Cozy house and hospitable hosts. Comfortable rooms with all necessary amenities. Everything was super cleany.

The hosts offer wine, coffee, and tea, and the kitchen was well-equipped with good dishes, a kettle, and everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch, or dinner

Possibly the best Guest House in this location. All rooms has air conditioning, very comfortable furniture and fully functional bathroom. Amazing hospitality.

This is a wonderfully quaint hotel in the center of Zugdidi. Near the palace and botanical gardens. The family that runs it are very special people! Generous and kind! The rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable

The hotel is just lovely, especially room #4 with the big balcony (with flowers) overlooking the town. Don't choose the huge 45sqm room, as it's just on the noisy, unspectacular road and has a tiny (no sitting) balcony

The owner was just wonderful and made us a great breakfast. I think she's doing everything at the hotel - kudos for the good hard work. We enjoyed Zugdidi - and the hotel was a big part of it

The hotel is 5 min walking distance from the botanical garden and Dadiani palace. It has very beautiful yeard and spacious rooms. The hotel had every essential amenity for our stay

But the family run spirit here is something I will never forget. I recommend this place for everyone!

The price is cheap in the area and the fact that there is a pool is amazing🦋location is good it is a nice place in the middle of the city but private and distances is so short you are in the middle of town in 30 seconds

I was also invited for dinner when I came home late evening and the food was incredible and their own house natural wine also one of the best I had here

Most welcoming amazing Georgian family. If you stay here you have your own room with bathroom but also live next to the family so it feels like living with a Georgian family, but you still have your privacy

Very welcoming and helpful - sorted out our car problems for us, sorted out a tour of the wineries the next day, and sorted us some excellent breakfasts both mornings

Real sincere Georgian hospitality. Very nice hosts. Quite good rooms with the atmosphere of a large home, the room has a kitchen with a stove. The hostess cooks very tasty. The portions are huge!

In the direction of the Botanical Garden (20 minutes walk from the railway station) the bottom is close to the sandy shore. The hosts are hospitable, friendly, treated to fruit from the garden, homemade honey

I love this hotel. It's centrally located. The old streets are within walking distance of all the sights in the heart of Tbilisi. The price/quality ratio is a 5 out of 5.

Quick and easy process, called them late at night, came over, paid and got the keys. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable enough, location is great as it's close to the center of the city

The location in the midst of the lovely village signaghi is amazing, you can oversee an endless valley. The owner of kusika is supernice and welcoming, he offered us lots of his selfmade cha-cha (georgian spirit)

The place is right next to Sighnaghi wall which is the primary attraction. The rooms are very basic, view is good, owner is nice but doesn’t understands english

Akaki's Guesthouse is located a bit out of town but it's worth it. The view from the room is absolutely amazing and Akaki is really helpful. He helped us ordering taxis and generally made us feel at home

On a positive side hosts are great people, they will help you with barbecue accessories and wood, you can order homemade vine or chacha. Parking is available on the premises

Lovley owner, nice, renovated rooms with balcony and AC. Very quiet there, you don't hear the big road. In the evening you can sit outside and drink wine.

There is no anti mosquito nets on windows as well. Internet over WiFi is unusable, had to share Internet from mobile phone all the time. After we complained, kitchen valve was replaced and toilet leakage was fixed

Air conditioner filters were packed with dust, I had to clean it in order for AC to work properly. And worst of all there were ants everywhere. Door knobs for balcony and bathroom worn out

We didn't feel any special care. The choice was made by children according to reviews, for parents and always with a kitchen, the possibility of cooking

We got poison for ants and after some time they were gone, but feeling of disappointment remained

We realised the management has been changed and we were the first guests for the new management. The host Ana was very caring and friendly. The premise has got excellent potential and opportunities

We could make a few suggestions which the host accepted. Would like to visit again sometime

2 minutes to the beach, the owners are very hospitable, there is a parking place, their dining room will not be cheaper anywhere, the rooms are spacious, everything is there except the TV, but there is no time to watch it if we come next year only here

The place is located in the city centre. Good position and for me it was a good company. The living space is large and rooms are with elevated beds. Place has a view of the Rustaveli Ave

Nice, clean and comfy rooms and bathroom, very close to the park and 10 mins walk to bus stop. But that is not the reason we will definitely come back to this place. A great host, with whom you can talk for hours

The host of the guesthouse Timur is a wonderful guide and a very hospitable and helpful person! We went with him to Akhaltsikhe and the cave city of Vardzia - a lot of impressions, a very well spent day

Of the minuses - the boiler is weak and in the winter did not cope with ice water, the hot water was lukewarm, but I am sure that they would quickly fix it

The only good thing for me about this place is that it is cheap. Rooms are high but there is small space. We had 3 beds in our room- one big and one two-story. Rooms are not so clean as well as the kitchen and bathrooms

You're not happy to go to bed as the bedsheets seem to be slightly dirty and stinky. One of the toilet seats was broken during all our stay. There is bed in corridor that somebody uses almost all the time

I stayed 9 nights but paid for 10 (midnight seems to be the trigger point for the payment). Overall I do not recommend this place unless you are a student or go there for just one night
