Amazing owners, beautiful flat in the very centre of Borjomi. The apartment looks better in real life than in pictures and has everything one needs for a comfortable stay

Located inside an alley, with a sign at the entrance. Clean room with private bath. Strong WiFi and some basic share kitchen facilities. Host could not speak English, but should be fine for check in & out.

Absolutely perfect in all aspects. Everything you may need to cook is kept there. He has well planned and utilised the space into a cute warm. shops are withing walking distance

The owners, who live separately but in the neighborhood, are quick to respond to any requests. They are very good people whose kindness made a highlight of our stay in the city

The place is nice and clean. We had some noise from our neighbors but it might be just our luck... The shower has hot water but it is not perfect. Comparing to other places we stayed in, in borjomi, this has the best one

Best value for money. Hot shower, comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels, hot tea. Host allowed us to check in early and check out late, offered hot coffee in the morning. Very close to the park, restaurants and shops.

We stayed in Borjomi for one day, and Nana took us in, told us everything, and showed us around. She's a very kind and responsive host. If we return, we'll definitely stay here.

Staying with Cico was unquestionably one of my best experiences in Georgia. The house is huge! My room was comfy and spacious, with a private bathroom (you cannot lock the door but it's not a big deal at all)

But on the whole it is good, as there is a bathroom everywhere and the hostess Tsitso prepares such breakfasts, which is enough until dinner. And in general, Tsitso is very hospitable and tells how much better to get

You can have breakfast and meals here, ask her. We have been 1 month around Georgia and we still remember breakfast at Cico's. Rooms are very nice, overall the House is nice, also à little backyard with hamoc

I even met some of her family and friends and they made me feel so welcomed and treated me to their dinner. The house is beautiful in itself with lovely veggies growing in the garden

I got to spend some amazing time with Cico even without her speaking any English. She's such a lively and spirited lady. I hope you are as lucky as I was and get invited for a family dinner

She speaks georgian and russian, but no english, anyway if there is something important her family does speak good english and she can call them, if they are not already around

Cute place with extremely friendly host Misha. Room was clean and comfortable. The location is not too far from the beach, it needs around 15 min. And the main thing - price is quite reasonable.

I had to stay just for 1 night, waiting for my train next day, and I didn't want to spend a lot of money for just sleep-&-go. I had a room with personal bathroom. Everything is modest, but clean

I would happily give Guest House 15 the highest possible recommendation ☺️ the rooms are exactly as pictured, each room has a private bathroom with excellent water pressure and temperature, and some rooms (I think several of them) have balconies with absolutely incredible views! And the owner absolutely deserves a special mention, what a kind, generous, and interesting person

Infrastructure wise, the place’s nice and cozy, but the hostess had a very rude and weird attitude with us when a confusion regarding the use of the kitchen arose

Luka Guesthouse it is a very nice and comfortable place with a splendid garden, full of flowers and beautiful plants. it is perfect for having breakfast or spending time in the evening

If you look for chill and homey atmosphere this place is for you. Supermarket is 2 minutes walk. Taxis are 5 mins walk. There is beautiful garden on the back of the house.

First of all, finally a host who can communicate in perfect English. Very quiet place, I was the only guest, nice and clean rooms. Fully equipped kitchen with free flow of coffee and tea

We spent 8 nights here in July and had a wonderful relaxing stay at Nino's. The guesthouse was clean, comfortable and quiet

So lack earplugs and a sleeping mask and you are good to go. Though we were not aware you book it privately and then the price is only for an hour

There was enough hot water, and we had the benefit of being in a unit that had the comforts of home, including a washer, a heated towel bar ( to speed up drying on heavier clothes), a fridge and a couch/eating area

If lentil soup is served, make sure to try it because it was fantastic! She offers coffee, tea and cake for guests in the afternoon. We loved being just out of town, but only a 5 minute walk to the central square

Light from the hallway shined in the room the whole night and there was someone taking a phone call in the hallway in the late evening which was very loud in the room

As it was raining cats and dogs we got stuck in the hotel room without being able To go outside for dinner and they shared their food with us, they didn’t even want us to pay for this huge dinner that we had to Insist on paying something

Cleanliness and comfort throughout the house. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen has everything you need. The hospitality of the owners at an altitude, took as their own. If possible, we will stop only with them

There are one Lakes about 4 km with a recreation area, the other Lake about 6 km is on private ground so sometimes it's closed for public because of the Lake Resort

It is a tidy hotel, very comfortable rooms, every room has a good closet, the bed is good. We have a very lovely host who puts on a wonderful sapphire.

This accommodation can compare with high end accommodations, but you pay only normal guesthouse price

The Village has a few food markets like Spar, Megneti and others and the centre of the village its nice maintained. You find also the old Walls and Tower's from the Fortress in the centre, aswell Museum

At the guesthouse they served good breakfast with home made tinned apricots and cherry - delicious! Also the place is close to the historical center of the city and some good restaurants

Family picked up us in Avali and they provide the transfer through Abbano Pass as well as accomodation, breakfast and dinner. We could feel like living with them! Amazing family and amazing stay :-)

Nice hotel, buffet breakfast, quite filling. The rooms are clean. We took a room with a sea view, the view is gorgeous. We loved it.

The rooms look nice, and the hotel itself looks okay. But they clean the rooms very poorly. And the breakfast is very disappointing (I didn't think that was possible in Georgia; any roadside eatery will be fine or tasty)

The courtyard is small, so you won't be able to sit quietly under a tree—there's a road nearby and lots of people. The municipal beach nearby is quite decent
