The owners are pleasant, friendly, and fulfill requests for housekeeping (bring what is missing, give advice, etc. We had a pleasant experience staying in this guesthouse

We spent 10 days in the summer of 2024. We booked the second floor of a separate house, i. there were no other guests near us

There are several small chain stores and small shops nearby. The air conditioner works fine, but it is noisy. Of the minuses, we note that cars drive along the street, but this is certainly not the owners' fault

The hotel owners are very nice, they treated us to Georgian cuisine, we treated them to Belarusian cuisine, you can cook there yourself - the cuisine is amazing, the sea is close. Super

It's very interesting and beautiful here, the staff is good and the food is delicious. I LIKED IT

The owner offered us tea and cookies one afternoon and had a lot of fun chatting through Google translate. The A frame was beautiful and worth the upgrade price from a room in the main house

The room was cosy , clean and had all the basic amenities. The breakfast was good too and kept us going through the say. Eli is an amazing host! Definitely reccomend!

Stayed here with a friend for 3 nights. The property is a 10 minute walk from the centre and has a lovely view from the patio! I must say that the owners are very caring and go out of their way to make you feel at home

The views of the mountains are incredible and the privacy is wonderful. You do need to ask them to turn the heat on- make sure you do if it’s cold nights! One note- there was no free breakfast

The house is very noisy, cos you can hear every word said anywhere in the house. It seems like the walls are made from papers. Especially if there is family dinner for 15 people lasting till late night

We stayed in a different place but we came to try the authentic Georgian gastronomy and it was delicious, tasty and traditional food, it was a nice place and there were wonderful views, and the people OMG so nice, kind and generous

We had dinner and breakfast, it was incredibly tasty. I think it was one of my best food experience in Georgia, and there was a very energetic, positive and cozy atmosphere

We stayed there 2 time during before and after the Kazbek mountain summit. Archi and Nino Guest House is a true embodiment of Georgian warmth and charm

The next day, they just gave us a plate with bread and cheese, and a bottle of chacha as well, just because it was "cold". And I say that in "" because there is heating in the room and in the common/dining area

We had the best stay at Archili and Nino. They showed us the best hospitality in our trip in Georgia. They just tretaed us with kidness and generosity

They started upgrading our room for no reason, just to make us feel more comfortable. Then, they shared chacha on horn at our arrival

From the moment you arrive, Archili and his wife treat you like family, making you feel instantly at home

I had a good time there. The host is friendly and honest. I forgot my camera there and they gave it back to me one month later when I came to Georgia again. The rooms and the common area were very clean.

This accommodation is located in an alley. Parking is available in the yard, and the accommodation is clean and spacious. The owner was very friendly, and the room was warm. I highly recommend it.

The guesthouse is on the second floor of a house. The host lives on the first floor. Everything looks brand new and very comfortable. There is a common room with electric kettle

2 quadruple rooms, some smaller rooms and 2 toilet+shower rooms. The showers are comfortable with plenty of hot water. The guesthouse is located about 700m from city center

Away from the center of Mestia on a quiet street, elevated above the city which offers a view from the terrace above. There is s small living area a washing machine and a shoe dryer which we found very useful

The guests are allowed to use the family's kitchen to prepare food or tea and coffee. Very nice owners, welcoming and cheerful, always ready to help

There is wifi with good connection but slow speed

Nino, the host, is very friendly and sociable. We booked a room with private bathrooms. The bed linen was fresh and clean. It's about five minutes to the sea, and there are plenty of cafes and shops nearby

Very nice guesthouse. Suja is a warm and sweet person who made us feel at home. The rooms are of good quality and so are the beds. Ideal to use as a base for hiking to the Gergeti glacier.

Watch out for those tricksy stairs, my boyfriend fell of them during the night while going to the bathroom. we finished our stay in the hospital BUT it was our OWN doing

The most friendly host I have ever seen. Perfect location, a better location would be difficult to imagine. It's clean with AC and good pillows. Overall it's the best place if you are planning to stay in Mtskheta.

Other than that it's great (one point deduction for the wrong address). Really central, rooms are new and clean, the hosts great and the terrace perfect for the evening outside
