Clean room and extremely friendly and helpful hostess. Only downsides are that there is no air conditioning or fan and this can be a problem in summer. Washroom and shower are shared with other guests but they were clean

Very cozy guesthouse. We stayed on the 2nd floor, beautiful view, nice size room for two. Two small supermarkets nearby, super convenient. The host is extremely nice and welcoming. Loved our stay here

The hostess and her family offered us fruit, tea and drinks and we had a nice chat with her and some other guests in the evening in the garden

Was in September, the room was cold. There is a huge construction site nearby, noise from 8 am to 8 pm, even with closed windows

The elevator is paid, the toilet periodically smells like sewage, the smell makes its way into the room

The room on the top floor was extremely clean and we didn’t regret for going with this one in spite of the bit higher price. We had a dining table, a great bathroom, plenty of room and a beautiful view over Tbilisi

It has This hughe terace overlooking the valley, i can only imagine the Caucas mountains behind there. Shota, once world record holder in bench lift, has a small museum full of trophies from his active powerlifting life

Very good location and services (tasty breakfast and a wonderful horse ride with Nora’s husband). The room is noisy (our living room is underneath the room) but very cheap and clean so go for it ✨🥰👍🏽

The amenities are basic (shared bathroom and toilet), but that's normal for Ushguli. Everything was clean, the shower was hot, and we loved everything about it

The experience at Gurami's guest house was excellent. The best thing is the location! The bed was not really comfy, but the room was nice, and the shared bathroom also.

There is everything you need (washing machine, hairdryer, iron), a spacious veranda on the 2nd floor with a view of the lively courtyard. Nearby there are inexpensive cafes, shops, a pharmacy, a bank

Just be careful with the entrance that is not in the main street but in the parallel one behind, and it took us time to find it because we had no idea. Highly recommended and perfect location

It was very quiet and super clean. Has all the utilities you can cook your meal if you wish, but there are restaurants across the street that work from early morning to late night

I booked for a shared dormitory room but I was given a private room instead. super clean spacious shower n toilette outside my room. Speedy wifi and helpful owner and also a nice lady helper

Plenty of outdoor garden space ideal for families with kids or pets. Host family is very helpful and does its best to help guests in any way possible

There was a fig tree right outside my room towards the main road. And the lady did my laundry for free. I met the owner's cute little dog too. The place gave me really homey feeling actually and really quiet

Shops, restaurant and supermarket (small) within 5-10 min. Large 24x7 supermarket is 20 min. 5 (GEL 5), to airport $8-10 (GEL 16-20) and from airport $12-15 (GEL 25-30). Highly recommended for overall value

I m surprised to see bad comments about the owner. He might have been going through some rough time. I visited tbilisi back in september 2015. and stayed there for few days. Did not have any single issue

Neighborhood is very safe (Georgia is very safe in general), quiet and green with goo views of surrounding hills and even the mountains on a clear day. Furnishing is basic but functional

The guest house is located on a hill side not faraway from the center of Mestia, but far enough to be a very quite place and as mentioned in previous comments - with breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains

The host also provides transportation to the mountains in his off-road cars (which we did not use because we have our own car)

I was traveling with friends and we took a 4 bed family style room. The room was clean the mattresses are old. Beds could use more support slats. But a decent night sleep for all

The bathroom is shower, toilet (western style) and sink in one big room with floor drain. The offer breakfast for 10 GEL lari (no meat)

Great guesthouse, rooms upgraded for free. The hostess has a bar next to the cat with inexpensive wine and cuisine. Local roosters sometimes do not let you sleep at night.

We absolutely loved this place and host Tamuna! They welcomed us and even invited to drink wine and dinner… Highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone… Tamuna said that she’s working on the sign, so if you are lost, call her and she will meet you
