The room is small, but it has everything you need: a small refrigerator, shower, toilet, mirror, wardrobe. There was no kettle declared in the room - only in the shared kitchen. There is no microwave oven anywhere

Wi-fi is free throughout the territory. There is also enough free parking next to the house. The beach is 300 meters away, but it is not crowded: there is no soul, no changing rooms

There are 2 small shops within walking distance, but they didn’t find where to eat - they got into the car and drove to the city center. The room and grounds are clean. They provided towels and toilet paper too

With the price-quality ratio - a great option for a couple of days! Booked through booking for 2 nights - confirmed immediately

One of the best places to stay around Batumi. Cleaner and quieter than hotels in Batumi itself, and there's no parking problem

Nice hotel, buffet breakfast, quite filling. The rooms are clean. We took a room with a sea view, the view is gorgeous. We loved it.

The rooms look nice, and the hotel itself looks okay. But they clean the rooms very poorly. And the breakfast is very disappointing (I didn't think that was possible in Georgia; any roadside eatery will be fine or tasty)

The courtyard is small, so you won't be able to sit quietly under a tree—there's a road nearby and lots of people. The municipal beach nearby is quite decent

We had a private room with clean beds(24GEL for 2 Persons) and I guess it's OK for the price, but when I opened the curtains of our only window there was a brick wall right behind. No air circulation or daylight

There are one Lakes about 4 km with a recreation area, the other Lake about 6 km is on private ground so sometimes it's closed for public because of the Lake Resort

It is a tidy hotel, very comfortable rooms, every room has a good closet, the bed is good. We have a very lovely host who puts on a wonderful sapphire.

This accommodation can compare with high end accommodations, but you pay only normal guesthouse price

The Village has a few food markets like Spar, Megneti and others and the centre of the village its nice maintained. You find also the old Walls and Tower's from the Fortress in the centre, aswell Museum

Wonderful guest house with very hospitable hostesses Maka and Desdemona, who immediately greeted us with tea, because on the way we got caught in the rain

The hostesses helped us find a car to get to Nikartsminda. If we go to Racha again, we will definitely stay here again

We asked to cook breakfast for us, and in the morning it was as if we were having a real feast - everything was very tasty! It may be strange to write about this, but often in guest houses in Georgia there are bad pillows, blankets and bed linen, and Maki had everything new and very good

Towels, bed linen, blankets - all of good quality and in sufficient quantity. The city center (shop, cafe, playground) is 5 minutes walk, the house is on a quiet side street, cars rarely pass

The guest house is located at the outskirts of Ambrolauri, but is still a walking distance from the bus station. Rooms were small but had ensuite washrooms

As well as a convenient area around the house. In the house itself there are many comfortable armchairs, sofas, some pleasant places where you can sit in silence with a book, or with a friend) good wifi, by the way

And most important, the hostess is a very sweet and kind person. She treated me like family, was very caring and always brought treats to the room. Excellent place, highly recommended!

Family picked up us in Avali and they provide the transfer through Abbano Pass as well as accomodation, breakfast and dinner. We could feel like living with them! Amazing family and amazing stay :-)

In our 10-day Georgia trip, this was my favorite place to stay! First, the hosts are just gems. They were so friendly and happy to explain things about Georgian culture and also share their own experiences living here

Hosts: I interacted with two of them and they were so sweet. One was a lovely elderly lady who cooked some of the best food I've ever had, and another was extremely friendly, spoke English and was quite helpful

The amount given was always so much that I couldn't finish it, even though I wanted so, so I would have some for dinner and more for breakfast! Thank you so much for an amazing stay and I wish you the best :)

Housing: Extremely cozy, clean, comfortable. You're being invited into their family home. Food: Absolutely order the dinner. It's 40 lari and is THE most amazing food I've had since coming to Georgia

Second, the food was excellent!! We had an amazing dinner (all components were delicious: soup, chicken stew, beet salad, cucumber salad, fried potatoes, bread, homemade wine & juice)

The father also gave us a ride to Lagodekhi National Park and later to the Tbilisi bus station, which exceeded expectations

I stayed here for 2 nights while I was visiting Ushguli. Everything was great. The host lady and her daughter were very helpful and friendly. If I go Mestia again I will surely revisit this hotel. Highly recommend.

Best experience in Georgia hotel Even though there wasn't much communication, they helped us with the laundry. gave us access to the parking and free cake in the morning. This place is highly recommended

I went on a solo trip in 2023 Nov. I could see snow on mountains when I reached at 5pm and it snowed whole night to have a best 2 days of my trip. Homely Food available on time. Worth the visit and affordable price

Lilia is a very sweet and accommodating hostess and as kind as your favorite grandma. Her 100 year old house offers large, clean rooms with private baths

Lilia was also able to connect me with a tour guide/driver for the next day which provided me with plenty of options in terms of what I wanted to see (historical sites/wineries) The guest house is located close to restaurants, down town, tennis courts and parks all while still being on a quiet private street
