We stayed at this hotel for 5 days during our trip to Georgia, and it was truly a great experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming.
The entire staff was incredibly kind, polite, and helpful. Everyone made us feel at home from the first day until the last, and we really appreciated their professionalism and warm attitude.
A special mention to Anni at the reception. She was exceptionally kind and friendly, always smiling and ready to help us with anything we needed. She really supported us throughout our stay and made our trip even more enjoyable.
Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so pleasant. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again!
We had to leave the balcony door open to cope with the heat, but there was a nightclub nearby with loud music playing until 4am. Even with earplugs, we could not block out the noise. This was the same for other guests and there was much discussion about the loud music and air-conditioning not working.
There are better options in the city.
The rooms are fine in the newer section and the shower was good, the views from the breakfast room are nice too. However, not being able to sleep ruined our stay.
What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the remarkable staff. A special thank you to Shota for his warm and efficient check-in, to Luka for his excellent recommendations and attentive service, to Sandro who kept everything running smoothly with great humor, and to Dacho for going above and beyond to assist us. Their teamwork and genuine hospitality created a welcoming and seamless experience from start to finish.
I highly recommend KMM Hotel and look forward to returning.
The breakfast had good quality and variety, with a few items changing daily, which kept it enjoyable and satisfying. The hotel’s cleanliness was also very good.
But the best part of our stay was the staff. They were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. They guided us throughout our trip and solved any issues we had. One of the staff members, Luka, was especially helpful, and we are truly grateful for his support.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
Loud area at night.
They turn off the cold AC even on very hot days (28 degrees).
Breakfast buffet is below average.
Checkout experience is bad, receptionist Ana wouldn’t give a little extra time to pack, even though the hotel was not busy at all.
Would not come again
Oh, and the breakfast! Just perfect!
