I stayed two nights under two separate bookings. I made sure twice with the front desk that I could stay in the same room, and they agreed without hesitation. But when I came back at night, my key card failed. I ran to the front desk three times to fix it.
I was shocked to see a strange man in my room. All my belongings, including expensive clothes, disappeared. Thankfully I got my laptop back the next day, but the hotel has done nothing about my missing clothes for days, just making empty excuses. Totally unsafe and unreliable!
Useful location, decent location, easy check in
But for some ridiculous reason to hotel is heating in May when it is warm - this is comfortable and the cooling air- con in the room is weak - had window open the whole stay.
The hotel is very clean, well organized, and comfortable. The staff are friendly and professional, and the service is always reliable. The location is also very convenient and easy to access.
Everything was exactly as expected, which is why I chose to stay here again. The facilities are well maintained, and the overall experience is excellent.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to couples and travelers visiting Tbilisi.
And the room and lobby is so clean and comfortable. There is a hairdryer shampoo, but not have toothbrush.
Staffs are so kind!
