Nice hotel, interesting interior with mixed styles (vintage and modern), attentive staff Nika and Oksana. Family room was big, comfortable, warm and clean. Car parking in front of entrance, free. Very near from the center and Old city.

A simple but very well-located hotel, good for quick trips.

I made a reservation at short notice for a night's stay. It was hard to tell at first glance that it was a hotel, probably because it was under renovation, and when I arrived the door was closed and I couldn't get in. I called and they came out and showed me to my room.

Place is ok The rooms are a decent size, the breakfast is very adequate with a good choice of veg and non veg options. Our room was quite large The only thing is the curtains are not black out, so if you wake up because of the light it may be an Issue in summer And the toilet needed fixing as the whole thing moved every time we sat on it.. it wasn’t stuck down properly. Otherwise very accommodating

The hotel is in a nice location and the rooms are clean. However, I experienced two problems. The first problem was that there is a sports field and playground next to the hotel, and young children were shooting basketballs at the wall every night. And it makes noise in this room. Another problem was that there wasn't enough water. Apart from these, the hotel is clean.

Room was nice and cool. Air conditioning is enough to heat the room and also it can work after you left the room. That’s a great thing during winter. Breakfast was good and reception was kind and helpful. Location is not far for sightseeing.

It's about a 10-minute walk to Holy Trinity Church, and there are supermarkets and a local farmers' market nearby where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables. I stayed here for 3 out of 4 days in Tbilisi, which was very convenient and cost-effective. The heating system was stable. Facilities: Excellent! Cleanliness: Good! They have luggage storage service, and the balcony view is nice.

The hotel was near the bus station for Yerevan. I had taken the train back from Batumi the night before, arriving at 10:30 PM. The taxi fare to the hotel was 12-13 Lari. Considering it was a layover, it was still very cost-effective.

Got a nice room with a spare bed up the gallery. Located outside the main touristy area of the old town, in a quiet side street. Fabrika complex is just around the corner to get some drinks, enjoyed the location. Breakfast really could be improved though and is only served from 8AM.

Staff there are very friendly and helpful. The interior of the hotel is very traditional . It's very clean and the location is very nice. You can definitely visit most of the attractions by walking distance. However the wall is kinda thin and theres only wooden stairs. For those who have heavy luggages will be inconvenient. But staff there will help u to carry them upstairs. Not bad after all.

Well hotel is good location but there no room service. No water given by hotel. Basic things like toothpaste and brush they not give. There is no lift 4 floor we climbed with our 2 year. Breakfast is extremely basic don't expect much. Might find other good hotels with same price or little more price. I will not recommend this hotel at all specially if family.

Wonderful hotel, really loved it! The host is so nice and welcoming. Rooms are up to a very high standard! After a week of staying here happy to come again. When I was in Tbilisi, I stayed at Nina Hotel. The owner of this hotel gave me a warm welcome. She always asked me what I want to eat in the morning and night. She cooked so many kind of Georgian foods. This hotel just have 3 floors but so comfortable and low price.
