Comfortable clean and cheap close to everything on the street in the center

The hotel is conveniently located, and checking in and out was easy, even though it was at unusual times. The small kitchen has everything you need to prepare a light breakfast or lunch.

Excellent staffs and service, they are friendly as well.

Great location, good service and calm ambience with all necessary amenities nearby.

penthouse style hotel on top floors of high building in town center next to subway station - really big and clean rooms - excellent big comfy beds - amazing view from some rooms and from hotel's terrace - no breakfast - two negative points: 1) sound of building's elevator can be heard through walls however it is not too loud - 2) we were given a room with a really fouly odour coming from the bathroom...

Average place to live for a family not more rhan a week. It was a bit hard to find rhe location as the actual entrance is in front side. the visibility of Direction sign is poor

Good thing is that 24 hrs Super market and medical shop is just around. The terrace view is outstanding making it an above average hotel in Tbilisi

Perfect small hotel managed with love and passion. I booked a room almost by occasion (booking at another hotel wasn’t successful and I started my search once again). But next time I will start with Beaumonde first 👍

A beautiful place, for a reasonable price, 5 minute walk from Rustaveli Ave! The owner is very friendly and helpful 10/10 would definitely stay again.

I was on a group tour trip of Georgia, and they made us small bags with breakfast, as we could not wait for the dining room to open at 9am

We had a short stay in Beaumonde. The view was stunning from our room. The receptionist Luca was helpful. The food was amazing The hostess had good hospitality

I was in December spending the New Year's holidays in Tbilisi and stayed here, very good hotel, clean, spacious rooms, very good food service, I returned this time in passing to visit Andrés, the manager, who is the most attentive and helpful person

and wonderful that I have met, I was happy to see it, my recommended, it is close to the main avenue, about 30 minutes walk from the tourist area, there is also a bus stop almost in front, highly recommended

We had such s good experience at Argo Palace owned by the sweetest man. It’s a tiny hotel, and our room was nice with a little balcony to the very charming street

You need to put an extra effort to get here as you have to "climb" the cobbled streets for few minutes to get here, but it's still very close to Rustaveli street (5 min) and to the funicular that will get you to Mtasminda park

Very good quality rooms and furniture. The view from the balcony is breathtaking taking. Eric is a great host but also guide! Do not shy asking him for tips what to do and where to go in Tiblisi

There are few supermarkets just around the corner, farmacy and multiple shops

The hotel is good and with great service, especially all staffs are so friendly and kind , only issue is that the breakfast is bad and 2nd floor is girls hostel but theres no trouble or disturbance from them …

and very kind reception are on there just between 10:00am to 8:00pm but if you can speak in Georgian or Russian or English you can call to manager and fix everything you need. It's close to good place in city

5 minutes walk to beach side. Early morning you can enjoy a morning walk at the beach with a morning sun rise. Cooperative staff and I made good memories.

The only negatives were not being able to store luggage for a late flight and no fridge in the room

Very calm location but still in a centre. All eating joints are walking distance. Moreover the owner is a gentleman. He will go out of his way to assist you. Overall and excellent place with and excellent team

The hotel is really near the metro. There are many shops around here. The neighborhood is quiet and the courtyard of this hotel is beautiful and widespread. However, one room is for five people

So, three beds downstairs and two beds upstairs along with one bathroom. The staff is helpful and do their best to help. All in all, living here is good

I liked my room which was duplex with wide windows. The location was great near metro, mc donalds, traditional bazzar and exchangers. Staff couldnt speak English very good just basic words. I enjoyed my stay there

I stayed in this hotel for about 6 days and I was impressed by everything related to the hotel , be it staff behavior , location , atmosphere and cleanliness. It was a superb experience staying there in Tbilisi

Don't expect luxury hotel features and staff but this hotel is much more attractive by warm and friendship atmosphere, very good owners and feeling of simple life. You are not tourist here, you are GUEST

High step down from bathroom would make it inappropriate for weak knees or other such difficulties. But really enjoyed our stay 3nights beginning msy 2017

The host is really nice and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. We were coming by late night flight from India and she stayed up to receive us and was in contact via Whatsapp till we arrived

Very lovely lady renting this room. The size of the room was sufficient, there was A/C and own bathroom. As the room is made up from wood, it can get very hot in the room during the night

She even talked to our Bolt driver and communicated the address properly. The house is 5 minutes walk from the train station, and is quite cosy and very clean, not to mention affordable

The room was very warm in December, truly important if you don't want to get sick. There was a tea kettle in the room and some tea available for the guests as well

The guest house is run by a family living in the same house. So they keep cozy atmosphere, it's very clean, calm and friendly. You'll feel just like at home

I didn't explore all other facilities in one night, there are more. I hope to spend more time with those wonderful people next time When in Tbilisi 😄
