Tbilisi, 10 Vasil Barnov St, Dzveli Tbilisi (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Close to the center, clean and cozy, friendly reception!
comfortable room modern and with 2 windows walls, for a nice atmosphere. it is a kind of familiar ambient. breakfast is ok,there is a certain variety. great view from some rooms and the terrace ,due to hills position
From the time of booking the front desk staff in particular Mary, were very helpful in answering any questions and helping us rearrange our transfers when our flight was delayed
Note the hotel is on the lower half of a steep hill, so might not be for those that have difficulty walking unaided or who easily get short of breath. The breakfast spread was fresh and diverse
closeby several restaurants and bars
Perfection
What truly made my stay memorable, however, was the incredible hospitality of the staff. Every interaction was a pleasure
Tbilisi, 8 Ninoshvili Street (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The hostel is located 2 km away from Freedom Square and close to the center. It has a nice co-working space and restaurant
i was afraid that it's a dirty place because of the reviews, but it was actually pretty good. they're renovating some showers and those available look good, nothing to complain about, the room was also fine
the vibe is like a student dorm, lots of rooms and not very social (all my roommates were cool, i mean there's nothing going on outside the room in the common area), but the place looks stylish and simple
the staff was quite welcoming. i decided to stay at two different hostels in tbilisi because the reviews were confusing, but now i'd say i'd prefer to spend all the nights at fabrika
on the downside there was crazy noise from the yard on friday night (music was on till 2am and started again at 8am), but on saturday night it was alright, so probably it depends
The only thing I didn’t like is that they don’t have a basic kitchen where you can at least make hot water in winter 🙁. But overall it was a good vibe and deal
Tbilisi, 75 Davit Aghmashenebeli Avenue (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Centrally located within 20-25 min walk to old tbilisi, this place is less than 300-500 meters from major restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacies, supermarkets and the metro station!
Every team member is extremely helpful, real and authentic! Special thanks to Anastasia who arranged a welcome letter + balloons and candles ahead of our arrival after knowing we are newly married
The hotel is 4km from the town center so you will have to get a taxi to get there which isn't expensive. Rooms are specious and good but they don't come with complimentary water bottles
Amazing, good hotel
great hotel. receptionist is very helpful and friendly. we were going to miss the plane because we fell asleep. we left the room a little messy, we are very sorry. I recommend this hotel to everyone
if we come again, this will definitely be our only address. thank you very much for your kindness and for everything
A clean hotel to stay in.It is lcated in the park. Accomodation is great. Hosts are very friendly.
One of the best places to stay in Tbilisi. A 3-star hotel that has everything you need
The location on Opera Street is excellent, right in the heart of the city centre and within easy reach of many cafés, restaurants and attractions. The airport transfers were a real highlight
City centre, in comparison with other hotels, you don’t need to go to the mountain , the location is in the middle of a main street. Shopping, restaurants - whatever you want
Everything was as advertised - clean, spacious, nicely appointed apartment at the center of Tbilisi. Staff communicates efficiently via whatsapp
The staff is very helpful, the apartment is clean, the kitchen has everything you need for housing. The only minus: sometimes the Wi-Fi signal is not good in a bedding room, but perfect in the living room and kitchen
Perfect for stay in the middle of the old Tbilisi. Near with mall, near with bus station. Easy access. Self service without front desk. The best thing is this hotel have a bidet in the bathroom.
It is bang opposite the Opera and at a very convenient location. We reached quite late at night and found AC non-functional. The kitchen has all the cutlery and utensils which is useful
Tbilisi, Gogebashvili street 9, Dzveli Tbilisi, 0108 Tbilisi, Gruziya (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The staff at this hotel were really friendly and kind during our stay. The hotel is close to the city centre but located on a hill, so be prepared for a bit of climbing and exercise
On the positive side, the breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options, and being served on the rooftop gave us a lovely view of the surroundings. The price per night was also higher compared to some larger hotels
I assume it was housekeeping who thought I had already checked out, but basic hospitality etiquette is to knock before entering a guest’s room. I usually enjoy hotel breakfasts, but this one was really disappointing
Very cool hotel, recommend to take breakfast included, the only problem is was conditioner in the last day
Great location, spectacular views, good breakfast and lovely people
Considering all these aspects, I would rate this hotel 3 stars. I really think they should renovate the rooms to attract more guests and improve their rating. Thank you to the team at Urban Boutique Hotel
Tbilisi, 35-37 Zhiuli Shartava St (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
She asked if everything is going well
and also helped and managed every issue as fast as possible
Im highly recommend to book an apartment instead of rubbish expensive hotels when you come as a group
Me and my friends booked the biggest apartment - Deluxe Three-. Bedroom Apartment
The rooms were big and quiet, very clean apartment, with big bathrooms, and the owner - Maxela was great
But after going inside, honestly speaking, the apartment inside is good, the faucet and toilet are either from Hansgrohe or Grohe. It is a simple and clean studio. The girls from reception are warm
At the beginning, I thought I was scammed because I read several reviews from Google Map. The apartment is located inside an very old building. It looks not Super Luxury at all

we are already in the hotel, its amazing! the design is really eye catching and people in there are so friendly. in a very good location and easy access to all type of markets and metro station
Tbilisi, 35-37 Zhiuli Shartava St (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Long distance from city centre. Just apartment anything else
A tip to any new bookings: please get their number and call them about your arrival. It is bit difficult to identify the building from outside for new visitors. I would definitely recommend this property
Despite the need to improve the elevator and building interface, the host is extremely friendly and available 24 hours a day if you need any assistance. 😊
It was a pleasure to stay there
There is a pharmacy, a coffee shop, and a fruit shop just down stairs, as well as a supermarket that is open 24 hours a day and other services as well. You feel at home in this place
It was my first stay in Tbilisi and chose amazing apartment. Interior was super, very clean, comfortable and cozy. I am very satisfied with their services and hospitality
Good for family and budget
It was amazing flat with one full bedroom and a half bedroom + sitting area with 2 big size sofas. It is good for family and budget

I want to especially thank Tatia at the reception—she is highly professional, kind, and made sure everything went smoothly during my stay. Her excellent customer service truly stood out
The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very convenient for both short and long stay. I highly recommend TM Apart Hotel for anyone looking for relax hotel
One of the best hotels in Tbilisi. Has a swimming pool at the top. Rooms have cold ac and balconies. I enjoyed my stay there.
I had a great experience staying at TM Apart Hotel! The staff were incredibly supportive and always ready to help
Nice bed, clean room, friendly and VERY helpful staff.
Will come back thats for sure

The location is not ideal and compared to Metekhi or Liberty square-rather go there. The bathroom stank! It was just unpleasant and my door didn’t open with the keycard 9 out of 10 times
Tbilisi, Davit Agmashenebeli Avenue, 120 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Comfortable room and convenient location if you’re visiting Tbilisi for a short period of time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you.
the best location in tblisi it is near from all restaurants and downtown , and the best value for money
Many restaurants & shops, walked to Fabrika Tbilisi, Dezerter Bazaar & the pedestrian-only section of Davit Aghmashenebeli Avenue with many restaurants
Good location, near halal foods. Room clean and large. Owner hotel very good and very helpfull. Recomended to stay here in tbilisi
The room was very spacious, the staff spoke good English and were very welcoming. I would stay here again next time I come.
Nice spacious apartment in the interesting Chugureti district, near metro station
Tbilisi, Polikarpe Kakabadze st. 53. (in the centre) 🧭 Map
We had a lovely stay at this place nice hotel apartment ! Very friendly host Lika and Dimo!! Would always go back to stay at this place , very near to the centre...
The owners and staff of the hotel are very kind and very helpful. Thanks to them I came in contact with Beladent (a very professional dental practice) in order to address a serious issue
Best place in center of Tbilsi
One of the best places to stay by location, design, cleanliness, unforgettable beautiful views of Tbilisi and friendliness. Very attentive and friendly owners: Dimo and Lika. I would highly recommend this place
I stayed here for 2 nights and it was great! The rooms are excellent, with all the items you'd expect in an apartment. The bathroom was huge and our room had great views of the city from 2 different sides
I will definitely come back for my next visit in Tbilisi :)
The location is also very convenient. Almost forgot to mention the nice cozy swimming pool which is a great bonus! :)
Tbilisi, 8, Natia Bashaleishvili St, T'bilisi, Georgia (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel is in a great central location in Vera district, one of the oldest district in Tbilisi
Mia Old Tbilisi is Located on quiet small street, with one of the the best neigbourhoods around, (Supermarkets,restaurants,cafes/Bares) The hotel has also nice terrace, where you can sit and have pleasant rest with mountain view
We fell in love with the hosts for their kindness and responsiveness. It felt like we were not in a hotel, but visiting our relatives
A small hint for future guests. To use at same time refrigerator and microwave, and electric kettle, you may need to bring your own "surge protector" with 3 outlets. Glad we always bring one during the travels.
It was not breakfast, but a real feast with many delicious dishes. Outstanding dishes of Georgian and world cuisine. Everything was very convenient. I liked the retro style interior
Well, how are things there, how are you, what's new with you, what's new with you, what's new with you, everything's fine with you in life
Tbilisi, 6 Saint Petersburg Street, Dzveli Tbilisi (in the centre) 🧭 Map
After complaining to the hotel manager and travel agent, we were moved to a room downgraded under the pretense of getting an extra bed, but it turned out to be a foldout bed that was broken and kept folding up every time we sat on it
After the hotel manager, Lika, found out that I hadn't made the reservation, but rather a travel agent through ***********, and that I wouldn't be able to leave a review, she stopped contacting me
The travel agent booked us into a superior room with two children, forgetting to include another child. The crib turned out to be just a playpen without a mattress
Ultimately, we were assigned a room downgraded, still with one double bed. Instead of a mattress, they put a rolled-up blanket in the crib
In the end, the four of us barely fit on a double bed, and you can imagine how we slept the first night
From that point on, there were no managers at the hotel; no one wanted to listen to us. I certainly wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone
Tbilisi, 37 Zhiuli Shartava St, Vake-Saburtalo, 0160 Tbilisi, Gruziya (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Nice views from balcony, Mia and Nikoloz are very accomodating. This is a place to stay near the center with lots of option for transport to move around. Bus, taxi, supermarkets is everywhere in the area
Good central location, very affordable and value prices, very hospitable hosts and excellent services, Thank you, highly recommended to everyone who wants to stay in Tbilisi hotel on budget value money
Good central location, many cafes, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries and pharmacies are within walking distance from the Aparthotel. Bus stop to downtown is literally opposite side of building
Nice staff and good cosy place, good central location with local supermarkets, highly recommended to everyone...
Centrally located, family business and cordial service
I think some people come with very high expectations for a budget accommodation. The apartment I had was more than adequate for my stay considering the price, and the owner was helpful when I had a question or concern
Tbilisi, 27 Polikarpe Kakabadze St, Dzveli Tbilisi, 0105 Tbilisi, Gruziya (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
We only stayed one night in this hotel but it was right in the center, in a very convenient location, close to the old city and Freedom Square, it also had a small car park that we were able to book
Some may be dismayed by the location of the hotel, which is at the top of a hill with steep slope, but no worries, the bus station (line 383) is right across from the hotel. You can get to the city center with only 1 GEL
The rooms are large and very clean, making for a comfortable stay. The hotel is modern and offers great views from the windows, adding to the relaxing atmosphere
I spent two nights in this amazing hotel in two different rooms: first one was very spacious with a large and very comfortable bed doubled with a large terrace to enjoy the magnificent view of Tbilisi ! And the 2nd one was smaller without terrace but another point of view of the city
It's a nice place to unwind, with everything well-kept and designed for a pleasant experience
The restroom and bath are clean and large, hairdryer available. The rooms have safe boxes, but no refrigerator. Water and tea bags are charged every day. The restaurant is very nice, spacious and with brand new furniture
Tbilisi, M. Laghidze ulitsa, 1 (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The room had air conditioning, a refrigerator, a hair dryer, a TV (I didn't turn it on), a half-liter electric kettle, a huge set of dishes and cutlery, tea bags, coffee and sugar, and a corkscrew (you are in Georgia, after all)
Across the street from the hotel entrance there is a wine shop (yes, there are also a great many of them in Tbilisi, but this one is really five meters away). And all this for a very reasonable price
I didn't have to contact anyone when checking in, which was perfect for me. I called the hotel the day before to confirm my reservation, and they sent me instructions on how to check in on my own
Breakfasts are not included by default, which can also be a plus in certain situations. There is an option to order breakfast for 20 lari (I haven't tried it, I got by with my own money)
Be sure to take bath shoes with you - plastic slippers or rubber flip-flops (not cardboard). There is hot water, but it is not hot right away - you need to let it run for 15-20 seconds
In the same building on the Rustaveli Avenue side there is a "SPAR" - they are generally ubiquitous in Tbilisi, as well as a souvenir shop and two currency exchange offices
Tbilisi, 6 Giorgi Akhvlediani Street (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Many thanks to Dmitry, who solved all our problems and helped us move from another hotel to the Boutique hotel Filosofia, and helped with payment. You are guys the kindest people. Our room was beautiful, clean, modern
Great place very close to the center. wish I could have stayed longer! Special thanks to Sergo for being such a nice host. I was very warmly welcomed. would definitely stay here again!
We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The location is perfect for exploring the city, both historical and gastronomic places. We had a room that was separated from all the others, with our own entrance
It would have been good to have at least some hangers in the room. The check-in process was contactless, and we didn't have any problems with it. The owner was very communicative and ready to help
Wonderful hotel with the kindest people working there. Responsive, caring, pleasant girl, administrator Yulia, helps in all matters. She was always in touch at any time
I had a pleasure of staying there recently, and I am very happy to have chosen this place. Rooms are clean, I think in terms of equipment/utilities it's a standard now
Tbilisi, 36 Shota Rustaveli Ave (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The place is located in the city centre. Good position and for me it was a good company. The living space is large and rooms are with elevated beds. Place has a view of the Rustaveli Ave
Conveniently located near city center and surrounded with cool bars. We were 3 motorcycle travelers and Deniz - the owner helped us with many things motorcycle-wise and further
Amazingly hospital, and super chill. Free internet! And Will help you with any matter. They contact many contacts for you,. So everything Will be fixed. Very happy with this choice. Only 6 lari a night
This place was awesome. Great location and great staff which makes the place really warmhearted. I enjoyed my stay and the atmosphere a lot. See you again!
When I was I found a nice cat in living very joyable and welcoming. Host is a nice person Deniz will greet you any time
Place is cosy, reasonably clean and entertainment is included. Enjoy your stay just as we did!
