My stay in hotel was very pleasant. I didn’t have any problems. Place was clean and staff was helpful. Fair quality for this price.

Very nice hotel. There is some differences in the breakfast every morning, which is good.

The room was large and the breakfast was plentiful. The bed was just too soft, and the bathroom drain was clogged and overflowing. and waited over ten minutes to complete the check-in process

Quite a climb on the slopes to arrive at the hotel, no elevator to access the highest floors, the aircon was not working and had to borrow an external heater to keep warm

The receptionist, Vano (if I recall his name correctly), was very polite and, as a bonus, spoke Russian. Considering the incredibly reasonable price, they even served a delicious breakfast

The standard rooms are very small, with no room to stow a suitcase. The windows are narrow, and there's a smoking area underneath them. The rooms are in dire need of renovation, especially the bathroom

We were traveling through Europe by motorcycle and passing through Tbilisi on our way back! The hotel is located in a park in the city center, and the environment is wonderful! Quiet! Easy parking! Clean and friendly service! Convenient to nearby restaurants and shops!

Wonderful! Nice location in the park. A wide range of supermarkets and local cafes nearby. The receptionists are extremely welcoming and let us to stay a bit after checkout time. I wish I had stayed here longer

The room was tidy and located near the metro station. Cool thrift shops and such are in the same area. Highly recommend this place if you want a hotel with private room and breakfast in Tbilisi.

Although we checked out early in the morning, they accommodated us well and even provided us with a lunch box and water. The staff were all friendly and welcoming

Parking is a challenge ( only on the street 1 ₾ / h through application) and difficult to find. The SPA is very good and partially free

However, the room had several issues: there was only one slipper and one robe even though the booking was for two people, and the carpet was quite stained. The slippers provided were also dirty, which was unpleasant

The customer service was amazing super polite and sweet, extremely welcoming especially the employees kopy and George they were very helpful with anything needed location is very convenient aswell a carfour and kfc can be found with in acouple of steps from the hotel can find all kinds of shops nearby would reccomend

If you want to travel and stay, it is recommended to choose one near the central square

During my visit to Georgia, I stayed in 4 hotels. This one is the best for several features a had in this hotel compared to the other ones (price range is the same): 1. Clean and tidy washroom with a hairdryer

The hotel is in a good location, near the metro and transport hub. There is a 24-hour kiosk and a shopping mall nearby. Breakfast is simple and tasty, like homemade food

The staff informed me about the expected water interruption. Two small bottles of water for free each day. Saburtalo is one of the best districts in Tbilisi

The girl at the front desk was really helpful and friendly and the manager of the hotel helped us with paying for street parking (which was a bit complicated). We really enjoyed our stay there!

It turned out to be a small, very pleasant and perfectly clean hotel, with an inner courtyard and a very authentic terrace, where it is pleasant to relax both in the evening and a hot day

The location of the hotel is not very good, but you can walk to the central part of the old city in about 20 minutes, the way back is up the hill

It was absolutely fantastic; the bedroom offered a direct view of the entire Tbilisi cityscape at night. Crucially, the price was quite reasonable, and it was very close to the tourist attractions

I ended up spending an extra five or six euros buying it at convenience stores and supermarkets afterwards. The breakfast was plentiful, with coffee, black tea, milk, and apples

If you choose this hotel, get off the 337 bus at the airport, go to the coffee shop where you can exchange your photos for portraits, and then you can go straight upstairs

The convenience store behind the hotel, leading towards South Car Park, was also very cheap; bread was around 1 euro, and they even had large bottles of wine for 7 euros

Located on a quiet street 100m from 24/7 supermarket too! So, first of all - in order to get to my room I have been climbing up the stairs. The worst thing about this is to lift and lower a heavy suitcase back and forth

However, the breakfast was a major disappointment. There were very few options, and I couldn’t even get coffee. When I asked the lady at the service, she offered me hot water but no coffee

Reception area looked very shady, but the rooms was awesome. Spacious and we had window viewing thr TV tower and the amusement park. Breakfast was continental, very limited options for vegan people
