It's been a long time since i was this satisfied of hotel, atmosphere and staff was as friendly and nice as it could possibly get. rooms were clean and i felt safe. i would come back 10/10!!

Spent a week here and had among the best weeks of my life! A very quick walk away from their convenience store, the church, the exchange stand, and everything else that you can experience in this beautiful city

An excellent place with a very friendly staff and clean and comfortable rooms. It's located very close to the tourist center so it'd take only a few minutes to reach the biggest city's attractions

Vintage style rooms with super helpful staff. A staff was available for our late check-in at 5:00am due to our delayed flight. Also next morning we were helped with another very helpful staff

Wonderful cosy hotel nearby the historical centre, 15 minutes walk to Rike park. Very helpful staff. Tasty breakfast. Its very nice that you can order tour or excursion right in the hotel.

Excellent hotel in private area with perfect location in the calm district near the Trinity Cathedral. 20 minutes to go in the heart of Tbilisi Old Town. Nearby is Avlabari subway station

Good value for money and good in terms of location. Facilities are also nice, my bathroom had a plumbing problem so it constantly smelled bad. Also enjoyed the presence of mostly female staff since it made me feel safer

Close to all major locations like TSMU, TSU & City mall. Located in a nice quiet place. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Especially the owner Anna & The night staff Marina. Rooms are spacious enough with nice balconies

It's very good and nicely furnished...but a but expensive...we had a chat our neighbours and they got the room for less...but all in all it was a pleasant stay

The room was good, the staff was always available and friendly. The location is good, plenty of places around.

The hotel is not new, the room is large with a good view from the large windows. The door to the refrigerator was broken and there was no door to the shower, water was getting on the floor in the bathroom

The hotel was nicely designed and clean. Our room was quite big and also had a balcony. The room was equipment with TV, mini bar and air conditioning

The staff was really kind and helpful, they even helped us to order pizza, when it rained outside and we didn't want to go to a restaurant

Our bathroom was clean and it had a very modern shower cabin with a lot of functions, for example a built in radio

The location of the hotel is very good and the hotel staff is very friendly. Only 2 people of the hotel staff understand english. The facilities provided by the hotel are very good as well

Guys, this is the best place to stay in Tbilisi if you wanna feel relaxed and peaceful. The biggest jewel in the crown of this hotel is the swimming pool!

There is often music from 2 sides of the pool playing at the same time. And the bar music is run off a phone which is often stopped mid-song or the volume flipped up or down

Nice pool & staff, but please get a DJ. I visit the outdoor pool and like it a lot. Nice staff, clean pool, OK food. But the music situation needs improved

Super clean and friendly staff

It was cleaned daily, and the front desk was always quick to address any issues. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but it was sufficient. You could order omelets and coffee, and I always left feeling full

The hotel's location is very convenient, right next to the Parliament building. It's up a small slope, so it's quiet. The room was spacious, and they provided water and basic toiletries

Good hotel with comfortable rooms, a large and cozy bed, and an amazing bathroom. The small balcony was a nice touch, and the staff were friendly. You can also use the pool and sauna

The hotel is conveniently located to downtown and bus lines. There were a few small things wrong that the hotel tried to correct like room being too hot, water leaking from sink, no towels

Location is a bit out of the way but there are great restaurants within a 10/15 minute walk and a cab to the centre is a few dollars and less than 20 minutes

Great service, the host cooked us breakfast and was very kind and talkative, location is great since it’s close to sightseeings and restaurants (I recommend the Khinkali Bar No1 and Kneina). Small rooms but clean.

On our last day we had to leave quite early so they made us a packed breakfast which was fantastic. The room was a bit on the small side but was perfect for what we needed

Great guesthouse (it is not really a hotel) in a lovely quiet location. The women who run it speak limited English but are very kind and prepare great breakfasts

An alright hotel for a short stay. The heating was on full blast at the end of March, and the room was small. It's close to the city center.

There's a courtyard and a pool. We stayed in November, and the heating was on, which was a nice touch. A kettle, refrigerator, toothbrushes, and slippers were included. The only downside is the mattress

One of the best hotels in Tbilisi. Has a swimming pool at the top. Rooms have cold ac and balconies. I enjoyed my stay there.

Minus for the opening hours of the pool. They organise extremely loud parties that don't end until midnight. Some people in the staff were superfriendly, others were a bit rude

Think 3 stars is generous but it’s the pool area that made it bareable and the beds were comfortable. The one evening there was no water coming out the taps

I stayed here for 2 nights and it was great! The rooms are excellent, with all the items you'd expect in an apartment. The bathroom was huge and our room had great views of the city from 2 different sides

We only stayed one night in this hotel but it was right in the center, in a very convenient location, close to the old city and Freedom Square, it also had a small car park that we were able to book

I spent two nights in this amazing hotel in two different rooms: first one was very spacious with a large and very comfortable bed doubled with a large terrace to enjoy the magnificent view of Tbilisi ! And the 2nd one was smaller without terrace but another point of view of the city

Some may be dismayed by the location of the hotel, which is at the top of a hill with steep slope, but no worries, the bus station (line 383) is right across from the hotel. You can get to the city center with only 1 GEL

We stayed downstairs in the fourth floor, with a private kitchen and bathroom—very convenient! There's also a similar room upstairs, but it sleeps six. She also treats you to fruit from her own garden

It's a quiet, pleasant area, 10 minutes from the metro, and grocery stores are also nearby. We stayed in a family room, which has a small kitchen with everything you need. The room itself is clean and pleasant

I really enjoyed my stay here. Irena was very hospitable and provided great secure parking for my motorbike. She even washed my clothes that had for pretty grimy after the ride from England.

Everything was clean and tidy, and the hostess was welcoming and kind! She treated us to wine and a great meal upon arrival. The wine was delicious, by the way; we bought some to take home

They also provided us with food and wine, which was a very nice touch. You can park your motorcycles in the courtyard, which makes things more peaceful. I'll definitely stay there again!
