The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, but the hotel is close to a main road and is very noisy. If you have trouble sleeping, you should choose this hotel carefully.

Nice room and toilet. Every day cleaning people knocks the doors felt bit disturbing.

I know this is common in Tbilisi, but a 730am start would make it easier for business travelers who need to get going at 8am or 830. At least have some basic items available at 730am

Very nice and standard hotel in the heart of the city. All attractions are reachable with a short/cheap bolt ride. We paid half a night for a very early check in (7 am) which was absolutely worth it

Good location in the city center and close to the bus stop. I got a little sick during my stay, but the facilities were good so I was able to relax

the room is simple but nice the location is good near of bus station and about 10 min to the metro. no any store around but you need to walk.

I recently stayed at the River Side Hotel in Tbilisi, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is ideal, situated along the banks of the river, providing stunning views and easy access to major attractions

The hotel room is clean that house keeping service is provided everything. It’s very spacious with cozy beds. The hotel breakfast is wonderful with various choices and most of them are Georgian dishes

A good place to stay with proximity to tourist locations. Only suggestion would be to add a long mirror in the room as there is only one in the toilet

A nice and cozy hotel with a great location. The only downside is that the windows overlook the courtyard, where the convector heater is noisy. It's impossible to open the windows—it's very noisy

A nicely designed boutique hotel in old Tbilisi, close to Europe Square. Breakfast was very good (available till 12:00), rooms are a bit small but comfortable and clean. There were many old and neglected buildings around

Incredible, unique stay! It the middle with old Tbilisi, located on a hill and has a beautiful view of the city. The pool is 24/7 so we were able to take a midnight swim. Breakfast was simple but good

One thing to keep in mind is that there are quite a few stairs, which may be challenging for elderly guests or anyone with mobility difficulties. Aside from that, the experience was absolutely excellent — 10/10

Set back from the busy road, it's quiet at night. You can have breakfast on the balcony with a view from the 7th floor. Yandex Taxi is quick and inexpensive. The hotel owner, Georgy, is very helpful

Owner was kind but always around, which felt a bit awkward. Also asked me to follow their socials where I found out they were doing wine tastings—felt left out

Everything was good enough! The swimming pool is comfortable to use when it is 17 degrees outside. The furniture is quite old though.

There were just 2 walls instead 3 in the shower and water was all over the place. Very loudly outside. The swimming pool was bad.

There were both pros and cons to our stay. Pros: Beautiful interior Clean and well-cleaned every day All necessary amenities are provided: slippers, robes, shampoos, toothbrushes, etc

Spacious room Plenty of hangers and closets Excellent pool, sauna, and gym with a wide selection of exercise machines and equipment Air conditioning in the room Cons: Far from all the attractions, on a mountain The view from the window was of a garbage dump There's construction in front of the hotel, so there's no beautiful view anywhere On the second day, there was no water in the room, and the staff...

The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was delicious and great value for money. The front desk staff, Lizi, was incredibly cheerful, answered all questions promptly, and provided excellent, professional service

But they corrected this the next day. The phone in the room didn't work (the call button was for reception), so we had to go to reception with any questions

Few of the staff speak Russian, and they apparently don't understand English well either, as they gave false information several times

Overall, the hotel is ok if you have a car and if you rent it for the price I did (~$100 per night for a two-bedroom room)

The swimming pool is not good

An excellent choice, Hotel is top clean and staff very friendly. In Georgia normally staff are not that friendly but in this hotel is different. They are very helpful and they try to full fill all your requests

In case you wish go little further to Tbilisi mall or east point is about 15-20 minutes drive depending on traffic. And is almost same distance to the airport

Breakfast buffet is very acceptable I recommend book your stay with breakfast. Room service menu is also good and there a choice for every one

The hotel is far from city center noise but still close to every where 5 minutes taxi drive to center and shopping mall Galleria

The cleanliness is superb, the plumbing works perfectly, the breakfasts are brilliant (the pancakes alone are amazing), the pastries and salads are homemade... 5 stars – a rare thing these days.

Good quiet location in the old town, not in the very crowdy area. Nice design inside, the rooftop pool is great, on the mountain side. The only bad point is the bad smell in the bathroom, morning time

Otherwise, we spent 3 nice days there

There was a refrigerator, electric kettle, tea/coffee, TV (which wasn't working very good). The furniture was ok, some pieces weren't new and some were even scratched

Hotel Sani was exactly as advertised! Quiet and a little up the hill. Perfectly located if you like to be out of the touristy business, but easy to get to and from. The room was bigger than expected

An alright hotel for a short stay. The heating was on full blast at the end of March, and the room was small. It's close to the city center.

There's a courtyard and a pool. We stayed in November, and the heating was on, which was a nice touch. A kettle, refrigerator, toothbrushes, and slippers were included. The only downside is the mattress

We booked a 45 square meter room, but when we arrived we were only given a small room, and there was a sloping roof above the bed, so we couldn't straighten our waist and would hit our head if we were not careful

I was on a business trip. The hotel is without pretentiousness. Everything is clean. The breakfast is great.

There's a small pool nearby, plenty for children, and the staff cleaned it up. The staff is customer-oriented. Breakfast is quite varied; no meat except sausages, plenty of salads

I'd really like to see breakfast information not only in small print on the hotel envelope and in large print in the elevator, but also on the information sheet next to the telephone

Overall, I've never seen such a good price-quality ratio (I rarely give full marks, but I'll make an exception here). And now, my suggestions (so they can be even better)
