The host is really nice and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. We were coming by late night flight from India and she stayed up to receive us and was in contact via Whatsapp till we arrived
Very lovely lady renting this room. The size of the room was sufficient, there was A/C and own bathroom. As the room is made up from wood, it can get very hot in the room during the night
She even talked to our Bolt driver and communicated the address properly. The house is 5 minutes walk from the train station, and is quite cosy and very clean, not to mention affordable
The room was very warm in December, truly important if you don't want to get sick. There was a tea kettle in the room and some tea available for the guests as well
The guest house is run by a family living in the same house. So they keep cozy atmosphere, it's very clean, calm and friendly. You'll feel just like at home
I didn't explore all other facilities in one night, there are more. I hope to spend more time with those wonderful people next time When in Tbilisi 😄

The lady at the reception is really kind. She spent over an hour phoning to different companies to find us a cheap rental car for us and we could check-in in the morning. Will definitely go there again!
I loved service I want to thank you guys for being attentive. Nearby there was a restaurant and I enjoyed going there as well. I visited the place several times
Great Hotel in a familiar atmosphere. We stayed there for 4 nights and had a really nice time. We had a nice spacious room with a balcony and air conditioning. The bathroom was cleaned every day
The room was absolutely spacious and the services offered were satisfactory ( excluding the food which you could choose to pay for separately)
It is really lovely hotel, it is clean and its location in near city. The Lady in the reception was really willing to help in every subject
I personally stayed at this hotel with my family and it’s pretty decent for the price that you are paying !

Everything was great, the only thing would be to add curtains to the shower. Great and comfortable mattresses!! We had a good rest in such an inexpensive hotel. The staff is pleasant and polite. Refrigerator in the room

I had the best of my lonely birthday in this trip although I had not enough money for more expensive gift for myself. Clean room , kind staff and breakfast 😋
Great place: low prices, hospitable hosts, private parking! Lived here with a big dog for a few days, felt at home! I advise everyone!
