Although we ve read lots of negative comments on websites about this hotel, we’ve found it cozy and clean.The room was acceptable,bathroom and shower were clean.hope you enjoy your stay;)

Great personnels, but not a featureful residence. Breakfast is ordinary, but Hino is a kind woman at restaurant that takes your orders. Also Nino is so pleasant and supportive clerk

Phenomenal kindness from staff, helped us get our sim cards set up and oriented around town. By far best experience on our budget travel so far. Highly recommend, they showed two Canadians true kindness
A good price-quality option, 3 km to the Old Town, 40 minutes on foot, but walking around Tbilisi is a separate pleasure. In the area there are not expensive restaurants, grocery stores
The rooms are quite comfortable. Not far from the hotel there are 2 metro stations and bus routes, including a bus to the airport (it takes 30 minutes, it costs like all city ones)

Wonderful place, good conditions, delicious breakfast and lovely, helpful people. Also the wifi is fast both in room and dining area. There is AC and nice backyard.
I had a great stay at Irmisa Hotel. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the service was excellent. The breakfast was always delicious, and the location is perfect with shops within walking distance. Highly recommend!

There is no vew, it is not an fancy fancy hotel ( though I have been in few in Tbilisi and those were the most horrible), but it is decorated beautifully, and breakfast is very, good

A very nice and cosy hotel with spacious rooms. My room was at the last floor, so I had a really nice view of the city. The service you get there can be compared to 4 star hotels, although this is a 3 star one
The location is super great. It might look unappealing from the streets, but ignore that. The place and it's staff are nice. Try to book a room with a terrace - it's incredible.
The location is very handy too, 2-minute-walk to Avlabari metro station and 15-minute-walk to Old Tbilisi. They have the best staff who are ready to help you with everything

I stayed at Hotel Cordata for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect & right in the central area and very close to Liberty, which made exploring the city super convenient

The staff are incredibly kind, professional, and always smiling — they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at home. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable
They were always ready to help, answer questions, and provide anything I needed with a warm and positive attitude. The location is also great, quiet and peaceful, yet very convenient to reach everything in the city
So yes it is a good hotel, but it is a short-step away from being great – despite its location. Highly-recommended if you need a safe and clean base to explore Tbilisi on a tight budget

It has a clean environment where you can stay at an affordable price. I say don't get screwed in hotels and hostels in the center. It is also very convenient to reach by taxi
Everywhere you go from this hotel is equivalent to a maximum of 3-4 lari (10-15 TL). If you do not have a Yandex taxi, you will have serious problems

We arrived very late, around 5AM and were surprised that someone was still waiting for us. Room was OK, but the stuff was absolutely brilliant: warm and attentive.
There was no problem with late check-out and even that we wake up after breakfast,still we were offered to have it

Hotel is very new and clean, it's far from. centre but if u have car it's okay, price is much more cheap then other same hotels. That's nice place , not noisy. Breakfast is poor but it cost just 3
During our drive to the hotel, I thought to myself what have I let myself into, as the location of the hotel was not great but once there the building looking very nice and recently renovated
Within half an hour reception called and took my breakfast order for the following morning which was delivered promptly on time. I have attached a picture, it was nice

Upon arrival the courteous staff member checked me in quickly and led me to my room. The room was very clean, very well decorated, close to perfection
I requested a transfer to the airport for which the hotel charged me 15 Lire, if I had ordered a taxi through Taxify it would have cost 25 Lire

Very close to all the important parts of the old Tbilisi and there is a cafe downstairs in case you came back tired and don’t want to go away for a snacks or a drink

The hotel is conveniently located, and checking in and out was easy, even though it was at unusual times. The small kitchen has everything you need to prepare a light breakfast or lunch.
Excellent staffs and service, they are friendly as well.
