So yes it is a good hotel, but it is a short-step away from being great – despite its location. Highly-recommended if you need a safe and clean base to explore Tbilisi on a tight budget

Very close to all the important parts of the old Tbilisi and there is a cafe downstairs in case you came back tired and don’t want to go away for a snacks or a drink

penthouse style hotel on top floors of high building in town center next to subway station - really big and clean rooms - excellent big comfy beds - amazing view from some rooms and from hotel's terrace - no breakfast - two negative points: 1) sound of building's elevator can be heard through walls however it is not too loud - 2) we were given a room with a really fouly odour coming from the bathroom...

Average place to live for a family not more rhan a week. It was a bit hard to find rhe location as the actual entrance is in front side. the visibility of Direction sign is poor

Good thing is that 24 hrs Super market and medical shop is just around. The terrace view is outstanding making it an above average hotel in Tbilisi

during my last visit i got another challenge for breakfast, because they didint had breakfast in their hotel and i had to walk till Avlabari metro station for breakfast early morning while its snowing

my first stay was in 2023 january for 2 days which i felt uncomfortable and unpleasant during the stay such is room conditions / staffs language barriers / charges

The rooms have a kitchen where you can cook food for yourself and your family, saving quite a bit on restaurants, the bathroom is also not bad, not luxury, of course, but everything is neat, clean and functional

Useful shops with ready meals, cafes and bakeries to have a light breakfast or lunch, a restaurant on the ground floor. A very light and clean room, daily tidying up and changing towels

Nice and quiet location, friendly and safe security, very close to the metro and bus stop, easy access to the city centre and Old Tbilisi

The owner speaks Russian, very pleasant to talk to. An invoice, in case of a business trip, can also be obtained without problems

I was in December spending the New Year's holidays in Tbilisi and stayed here, very good hotel, clean, spacious rooms, very good food service, I returned this time in passing to visit Andrés, the manager, who is the most attentive and helpful person

and wonderful that I have met, I was happy to see it, my recommended, it is close to the main avenue, about 30 minutes walk from the tourist area, there is also a bus stop almost in front, highly recommended

A cheap hotel must be cheap because it gives you a small room or no amenities, and surely not because its employees and founders have shamelessly set the bar low

One of the best hotels in center of tbilisi, very kind owners and staff very friendly, and it have superior view to the city and mountains, it is a very comfortable experience we had in this place

First room was dirty : poor hygiène (strands of hair in the shower) no toilet paper nor towels, dirty glasses in the room (if you ever have to sleep here for some reason, don't drink from their cups) Bad service : no hot water in the room, the receptionist told us he couldn't do anything and that

One of them, a Kazakh tourist, had not liked my request to stop screaming, so he tried to destroy my room's door. Not that it was the hotel's fault in the first place but their reaction time was veeeery long
