Nice hotel with very good hospitality

One if the best places to go for a few nights stay.

😊Clean and quiet place, nice staff. ☹️Simple breakfast, noisy bed, no service to clean the room during accommodation. No water, tea or coffee in your room. 10 min walking to metro station.

At the guesthouse they served good breakfast with home made tinned apricots and cherry - delicious! Also the place is close to the historical center of the city and some good restaurants

all the things are great and the price is so reasonable.

Very basic budget property, condition of bed wasnt great (wonky and uncomfortable)and bathrooms are shared which isnt mentioned on *******, although cleanliness is maintained.

Although the building is old, it was well-cleaned, clean, and comfortable to stay in. It's located right in the city center, so access is very good

The staff were all friendly and we were able to communicate via WhatsApp even outside of reception

I would rather pay a few euros more for a double room. I am very satisfied with the price/performance ratio

The hosts were extremely welcoming, spoke great English and even offered us some snacks and drinks, their hospitality was wonderful! I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a warm and comfortable place to stay in Tbilisi

The room on the top floor was extremely clean and we didn’t regret for going with this one in spite of the bit higher price. We had a dining table, a great bathroom, plenty of room and a beautiful view over Tbilisi

It’s also close to the center. We will be back in Tbilisi for one more night and it was no question if we are coming back here

The hosts are very hospitable, they will always come to the rescue and give you delicious, homemade wine to drink!) In this hotel, after a week of rest, it is not possible to be left without friends

In the evening, in the lobby, you can chat with the owners and residents of the hotel over a glass of wine; today I have not seen more sincere conversations in local hotels! The rooms are simple, but the soul of the owners is the richest!

They were very welcoming and treated me and my partner to their homemade wine and chacha! Koba is such a gentleman. He ensured that we reached the airport safely on our departure day from Georgia

Lovely couple hosting a beautiful and rustic hotel. They have helped us in sorting a car during the stay when we were not able to manage a transport to drive to Stepansminda

Excellent value for a nap when flying from or into TBS. Lovely simple room and hot water in the shower. Airport bus (0,5 Lari only) running 24/7,stops just outside the entrance

If you go out at night,reception door key is not given so you have to ring the bell and wake up the very kind lady working there

What a pity! How about providing the reception door key to your checked-in guests? I would definitely sleep again here

Been staying here for years on/off. Masha is amazing and always ready to help and there are large, comfortable beds in a central location for an inexpensive price.

The hostess was nice, the room had a pretty nice style, air conditioning, WiFi, quite clean, just because there was no window in the room and the cellar was damp enough, there was no possibility of ventilation, so it smelled of mold and later the duvets smelled of mold

As an undemanding Czech tourist from Central Europe, I must say that nothing much. We were accommodated in an underground room

One of the best places to stay in Tbilisi, you may think it's far from city center but you are close to the metro, so for long stay and or if your with a car this is the best

I arrived very late at night and the self check-in system worked so well. I had an amazing rest and also I felt very welcomed by the staff and well looked after

Best hotel for long stays in Tbilisi

It was OK, the location is amazing. The rooms are big but the bed is uncomfortable and the pillows are cheap. We only got one tiny blanket to share

Most of the good reviews are pre covid when it seems someone else was running it. The owner was nice but it felt like we were staying in his house. Dirty laundry in the bathroom and dirty pots in the sink

In 2018, we stayed here for about a week. Tamara is the epitome of hospitality, a wonderful woman! She helped with all the questions and problems while in Tbilisi! Very decent apartments, always clean

Convenient quiet location - short distance from old city and just couple minutes from metro station. We lived here two nights in the start of our Georgian trip and one in the finish

Its a small family owned business in the center of the city, really nice hosts and cosy rooms with private bathrooms and a small shared kitchen.

Excellent if you're travelling on a budget - excellent value for money, but if you want a hotel this not for you. Run by an lovely old lady Valentina who speaks no English

Tucked behind the Georgian Parliament - looks very unpromising at first but actually really nice large room two beds and all facilities with great old quality wooden furniture left over from Soviet times

perfect location if you have a few days to explore Tblisi. The room was very clean and fully packed, and the neighbourhood was really quiet but close to vibrant areas.

There was a fig tree right outside my room towards the main road. And the lady did my laundry for free. I met the owner's cute little dog too. The place gave me really homey feeling actually and really quiet

Shops, restaurant and supermarket (small) within 5-10 min. Large 24x7 supermarket is 20 min. 5 (GEL 5), to airport $8-10 (GEL 16-20) and from airport $12-15 (GEL 25-30). Highly recommended for overall value

I m surprised to see bad comments about the owner. He might have been going through some rough time. I visited tbilisi back in september 2015. and stayed there for few days. Did not have any single issue

I booked for a shared dormitory room but I was given a private room instead. super clean spacious shower n toilette outside my room. Speedy wifi and helpful owner and also a nice lady helper

Neighborhood is very safe (Georgia is very safe in general), quiet and green with goo views of surrounding hills and even the mountains on a clear day. Furnishing is basic but functional

But the place is relatively far from the historical part of Tbilisi. But on the subway with a transfer to another branch you can reach the historical center of Tbilisi in half an hour. A bit noisy was in the room, tk

There are many good inexpensive cafes nearby where you can eat Georgian cuisine dishes (khinkali, khachapuri. There is a nearby shop where milk and cheese are sold, and there are shops where bread is baked

she went out on Bactrioni street. But if you close the windows, it is not noisy at night. The room is clean, good big bed, clean in the toilet and bathroom. The kitchen has a kettle, tile, refrigerator

Initially, we booked 8 days, paid in full, but the plans changed and the owner without any problems returned the remainder with understanding. Thank you for understanding and good rest with you!

Decent place, good and friendly caretakers Larisa and Nino. At the bottom of the house there is a non-stop supermarket

Cool, cheap and not very far from the center. True, the mattresses are too soft with protruding suppers, it was not comfortable to sleep on them. The owner, after our remark, wanted to replace them.

Now it is called Nano Guest House. Very convenient and comfortable. Not far from the metro station "Avlabari" and at the same time it is a quiet place where there is no noise and where you can sleep

Everything is very clean, excellent repair. If you have breakfast included, then you will be full for the whole day. Nano feeds very tasty and very satisfying. After breakfast we ate only in the evening

We will definitely come back to Tbilisi and stay with the wonderful Nano in her guest house, to which she treats with all her heart

Good place to stay for one night. Slightly to the side so that the noise of the city is no longer audible, but still very close to the sights. It is located on a mountain and it may not be convenient for everyone

My room didn’t have a very comfortable bed, no mirrors and cabinets for clothes

Bathrooms are clean and kitchen is very tidy. Rooms are comfortable and large. I was able to check-out and hang around the hostel since my train to Yerevan was at 20:20 in the evening. Stay here! Views are very nice too

It has great price/quality ratio, at least for the single room. It is located on a quiet street but the climb can be tiring with bags. I would definitely stay there again if I’m ever back in Tbilisi

It is not a luxury hotel, you get what you pay for, but everything works well so the other comments complaining about minor inconveniences should not worry you

It is located on a hill, but there are multiple bus connections leading right to it, and the walk to the main avenue isnt too long either
