Terrific restaurant right by the parking area for the two castles. Highly recommend. It’s is in a high tourist spot, but the food really was very good. I had the pumpkin soup and chicken salad, very delicious. My husband enjoyed his veal sausages and pretzel. There are kid meals also.
Very nice indeed. I was quite hungry after being at the Neuchwanstein castle so me and a few of the people I was with found this Restaurant.
The turkey in a cream sauce with some rice was beautiful the best meal I have had so far on this holiday.
Then to have a look through the ice cream menu was just ridiculous. Because it was the best ice cream menu that I have ever seen. Absolutely brilliant!!!!!!!!🧁🍧🍨
I had an ice cream that was white but it was full of bits of chocolate. 🍫 Also some chocolate sauce on and some whipped cream on top of the ice cream. It was beautiful, amazing, wonderful but erm well it didn't last.

Great food at reasonable prices despite being in such a touristy, high-traffic area. The staff is friendly and humble, the portions are big, and you’ll climb up to Neuschwanstein happy and well-nourished! Awesome place all around!
One of the best foods we have had in Bavaria. Reasonably priced for the quality and taste, quick and awesome service. Highly recommended to dine here when visiting Neuschwanstein Castle.
Overall a good experience but nothing special. We were recommended this place from the front desk of our hotel and so we tried.
The food was good although the soup was very very salty. It covered all the taste of the corn. The canederli (in Italian - bread balls with flavor) were ok but please don’t call them dumplings on the menu! We were disappointed.

The service ok, although you must give a tip… cannot understand why as we are in Europe and in Germany only another place required it.

We ended up eating in the restaurant of this hotel a night to needs, we took a shin to the head, the pot was plentiful, but the quality quite poor, definitely reheated, and not even frozen. While there are other tables free, as being the two have offered us as the only table in a position in front of the door that had to remain open, even if in July, the temperature was not exactly pleasant, and to eat with the cold is a thing hateful...

Excellent food and quick service. An oasis in he massive crowd. Good place to sit down before or after the castle tour.
The Service was good because you will get everything in 10 minutes. They will serve you frozen food from super Market. I am sure that that the pizza I ate was from some super market.
Nice restaurant with helpful staff and good traditional food. Did not stay in a room. Only came to eat.
The food is delicious. I recommend the three types of Würstel and fries. The meat melts in your mouth and the portions are large.
