The room and facilities were comfortable, and the place looked exactly like the photos. However, the overall experience during my stay was affected by the interaction with the host.

Throughout the stay, the communication made me feel uncomfortable and not fully welcomed. For me, a good stay is not only about the space itself, but also about the atmosphere and how guests are treated. Because of this, I didn’t feel as relaxed or at ease as I had hoped.

I hope this feedback can help improve the guest experience in the future.

"The life is fword(which I cannot post here. )" - thats what the owner said me when I complained that the room was not what I booked :)

On the ocfficial website, I could choose the bed and room, so I chose the single bed in a mixed room and I paid a little more rather than female room which I usually prefer, but there was system error, so I got an upper bed in the same category mixed room.

"I got the room which I didnt book but still in the same price category."

As that was not what I booked, i asked it , the owner (not staff) was extremely rude. I just asked if I cannot get a single bed, i wanna move to a female room which was cheaper and get the difference back. (in that case the upper bed is ok) He declined it and treated me as a person who wants discount and money. I decided to move to another hotel, which is much more expensive (because it was 9.30pm), I asked him only for refund. However he refused to give me any refund and said me "You sleep in the upper bed. you paid only 26.5 Euros and I dont wanna spend my time for only 26.5 euros"

If i cannot choose the room and bed, its ok because its normal, however for this hostel I could and thats why I decided to stay here. Ive never complained in a hostel to get an upper bed, because that was my dicision (to save a little money and get what they offer). But here it was not like that case.

"I ordered A and the shop (?) decided to give me B instead of A and says me its not a problem because A, B are in the same price category."

it was not about money for me its about to get what I booked. I dont know if I was rude in the call, but I dont think so. He shouted me and now I just remember

" do you wanna discount?"
"life is fword, You sleep in the upper bed!"
"No refund"

if he explained me the system problem in a good way, maybe I could accept it because it was very late and I was also very tired.

I think that there shouldnt be many problems to sleep one night in a hostel, but if there is any problem, the owner will not try to solve it, because for him the guests are who only paid more or less 30 euros ( i paid less because there was last deal discount when I booked) and he dose not wanna spend his time because of this 30 euros. :)

Anyway I dont think the life is fword, otherwise you are :) You are really so :)

Maybe this owner has different memories what happened but there is no lie in this review. They are really what the owner said me :) Exactly the word fword, i guess at least 2 or 3 times.

To see some reviews in booking .com is very recommended. If you let the beds randomly to the guests, you should change your system so that nobody complains for what they got, because its his own decision to get random beds.

im still curious why he didnt wanna refund me money and cancel the booking for such a small money for him :) only 26 euros

I wouldnt complain about how the hostel is, because its a cheap hostel, only say that this cheap hostel offers cheap qualities :)
