A very good hotel, people very nice and the food tasty

My parents spent four weeks at the Kaiser Trajan spa hotel in January 2026 and were extremely satisfied. Everything was simply wonderful – the therapeutic care, the rooms, and the friendly service. They were also very impressed with the food. I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank all the staff; from reception to the authorized signatory, everyone was incredibly helpful and supportive. Warm regards!

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone involved in making my stay at the Kaiser-Trajan-Kurhotel & Klinik possible. Special thanks also go to AOK insurance, which made this stay possible.

The clinic's therapeutic and medical program is outstanding, very well-conceived, and professionally organized. The treatments and therapies provided me with noticeable and lasting relief – both physically and mentally. I felt exceptionally well cared for and taken seriously at all times.

A huge compliment is due to the doctors, therapists, and all the nursing and service staff. All employees are exceptionally friendly, dedicated, helpful, and competent. You can immediately tell that they work with heart and compassion.

I would also like to particularly highlight the excellent cuisine: varied, balanced, fresh, and delicious. I was equally impressed by the cleanliness and the well-maintained atmosphere throughout the entire facility.

This stay was incredibly beneficial, and I am extremely grateful for it.

I was at the Kaiser Trajan from October 16th to November 5th, 2023, for rehabilitation after knee surgery. I can only report good to very good experiences.

I felt very comfortable, whether in my room, at mealtimes, or during therapy sessions.

A wonderful park for relaxing and taking walks.

Very friendly staff, always ready to listen, no matter what questions I had.

The food was superb, varied, with a great breakfast and evening salad buffet; there was simply something for everyone. If something wasn't quite right, which happened to me once, I just let the kitchen know, and they promptly provided it. The restaurant staff were also always friendly and dedicated, striving to find something suitable.

The cakes were absolutely delicious 😋 😋 – truly good for the soul.

In addition, and this was and is very important for recovery, there were excellent therapists and super friendly medical staff; I learned a lot.

I can highly recommend this spa hotel and clinic!!
