Location is the best almost in front of central station of Munich. The hotel staff is very friendly and professional. You can drop your luggage before checkin and after checkout. The ceiling may not be high but overall is fine.

Very attentative staff. Railway station has no good image, but hotel is clean and managed well.

Convenient right next to train station. Did not have conditioner in the bathroom or lotion. Pretty spacious room with nice beds.

We booked two twin rooms for our family of four. Hotel provided with 4 complimentary water bottles. We requested for a connecting room and managed to get it. However, the connecting door has no lock for privacy. Hotel breakfast was decent for travellers who don’t eat pork. The restaurant environment was quite posh too. Hotel is very accessible from Munich HBF which was a straight walk, a plus when travelling with luggages.

This hotel is perfect for those with heavy luggages as it’s so near to the train station. We were happy to cross a small road and immediately saw the hotel. Surroundings felt safe and we could easily walk to Marienplatz, Viktualienmarkt etc. Room is spacious, clean and nice. We had a queen bed and single bed. Big bathroom with auto shower control panel on the wall, love the strong water pressure with consistent warm temperature (no need to adjust). It’s an enjoyable 5 days stay for us. Highly recommended!

Is great experience stay at Maritim hotel. Is just 5mins from Munich central station. Hotel is clear a little highlight the lift and connection structure is quite confusing. Only my room didn’t provide water…
Due to my train schedule earlier check in allow due to availability is nice consideration. Buffet was more varieties as compare to most of hotel i stayed this two weeks ago.

The room is clean and spacious but too many of furnitures that make it too small. All amenities are good and breakfast is delicious. The location is the best.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the train station, bus station, tram, and subway. You can also walk to many places in the Old Town and the New Town Hall Square without taking the tram. Enjoy exploring on foot.
The area is a bit mixed, but there are many other branded hotels nearby, and everyone has to deal with the same diverse environment. There are plenty of eateries, including many Middle Eastern restaurants, creating a rich exotic atmosphere.
The hotel also provides stemmed wine glasses for guests to enjoy their purchased drinks.

A decent hotel. The room size was adequate, and it had all the basic amenities. Good soundproofing and a great location, just a 5-minute walk from the central train station. The hotel has a small courtyard, so it's not directly on the street, which makes it a bit quieter. The area around the hotel is a bit chaotic, probably because it's so close to the train station.
