The room wasn't big, but the location was good. We stayed on the first floor, and it felt a bit cramped and the interior decor was a little dark.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and as always, the location is great – right in the city center, making it convenient to get anywhere. The beds are very comfortable, and the rooms are quite spacious for European standards.

The room was big enough for two and clean. We arrived much before check-in time though, the staffs helped us. Thanks to this, we spent time comfortably till check-in time. On the other hands, wifi In our room is quite weak. It is only negative point.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, and I really appreciated how clean the facilities were! The free Wi-Fi speed was also quite decent. However, I stayed for 4 nights, and it was a bit disappointing that only one bottle of water was provided.

Novotel Munchen City is a well maintained hotel. The room is clean & has everything we need. The sofa bed also already well prepared to a bed for our kids when we checked in. The staffs are very polite, nice, attentive & so helpful for us, especially when the rozenheimplatz train station nearby was under construction when we stayed, they help us to find the fastest & nearest way to our destinations that we need. The heater, AC & hot water works really well the room so make us really comfortable to stay. It is near to Aldi & HIT supermarket & also asia store. Besides, many good food and bakery near the hotel, in walking distance. Overall, a good and recommended hotel to stay in Munich

Room was clean but a little small for 2 adults and 2 kids, sliver of walking space after the sofa bed was set up. Location was alright. Right next to the Museum. About 25 minutes walk to Marienplatz.
Customer service was average. The sofa bed was not set up upon arrival, a housekeeping supervisor I met outside my room helped me with that. There was no special arrangements even though I mentioned in my booking that it was my son's birthday.
Pool is cold, sauna is nice.

The facilities are complete and well-maintained, the room is quite spacious, and everything is clean. There's a small river next to the hotel with fragrant flowers and birdsong. It's not far from Marienplatz and the Munich Residenz Museum, both within walking distance. Breakfast is rich and varied, and tastes delicious. Excellent value for money.

Excellent! It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff were fantastic, and there's a safe in the room. Plus, it's only 2.3 km from the train station. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in town.
