The hotel itself is impeccably clean and wonderfully inviting. My wife was so captivated by the luxurious scent in the entrance to the lobby that we actually tried to locate the diffuser, without success. On our first evening, we even received a call from the staff just to check if everything was perfect or if we needed anything. That small gesture made a big impression. Every staff member we interacted with was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming.
Breakfast was another highlight, especially for the kids. The buffet offered an impressive variety, and Ms Esther, who was overseeing the breakfast service was very welcoming and it was also interesting that the chef also was there and he introduced himself to us and ask us if we enjoyed ourselves
The location is also ideal: calm, convenient, and only a two-minute walk to the train station, giving us easy access to Munich’s main attractions.
A heartfelt thank-you to the entire Pullman team for making our family celebration unforgettable. We will definitely be returning!

Location: Pretty convenient, there's a Lufthansa bus to the airport and the subway to the city center is very close by!
Service: Quite similar to what you'd find in China, really excellent!
