A great choice for staying in Hamburg but outside of the historic city center. You can easily access the historic center via the bus stop located directly across the street which runs are fairly reliable intervals and, in turn, grants you walking access to a wide variety of amazing German restaurants, pubs, and shops.

The price-performance ratio at this hotel is completely skewed. The rooms are worse than a youth hostel. Since there are no window shades, the temperature in the room becomes unbearable. There's not even anything to drink in the room. Breakfast is substandard, etc., and for €112, never again.

No hot water in the room today, and I slept badly last night due to the recurring humming noises from a building service unit.

An outdated hotel. Clean and with comfortable beds. The breakfast was fine. The staff was friendly. Free covered parking is available under the hotel. Dinner is not available. However, you can dine in the surrounding area (although many places in Germany are closed on Mondays).

It left a positive impression on us. Everything was clean and tidy, even suitable as a holiday hotel. Large free parking garage 👍. Breakfast is adequate. The price-performance ratio is OK. Wi-Fi is extremely slow. However, the lady at the reception is... Good staff is a problem everywhere.

The room was good, and the breakfast was very good.
Unfortunately, some of the information about this hotel was incorrect. For example, the reception was unmanned late on a Sunday afternoon, and the Wi-Fi in the room didn't work.
The elevator also only works during the day on weekdays.

Overall a good hotel and despite the somewhat remote location easy to reach by bus.

This was a no-frills hotel quiet, clean and we felt secure. Unfortunately, I thought it was a bit over-priced for the location and no on-site restaurant. Would not recommend if you want to be near tourist attractions. The reception was easy and offered good information. Breakfast was traditional continental European breakfast.
