Service: friendly staff, very helpful.
Location: a little outside of the main town of Obertsdorf; also located next to a McD's.
Misc: there's a ski/snowboard tuning station in the lobby, free to use for guests. Lively apres-ski in the bar/lounge. They have a sauna, steamroom, and a heat lamp room.
Great place. Fantastic vieuw from room
They have a good breakfast spread with an egg station being the highlight. We can prepare our egg in any way we like.
They have a bar and restaurant in case of dinner. The Explorer salad was really good.
Most important, the staff was really friendly and the check in went really smooth.
Another thing that stands out is the food. The breakfast choice is huge (you can get it as much hot choc as u want) and you will definitely not lack energy for whatever you’re planning to do during the day!
If you choose to stay “home” for dinner, there is not too much quantity but you can have some delicious pizza or “Flammkuchen”.
The parking lot can be quite packed. By the way, there are chargers for EV’s.
All in all a great choice to stay during a hiking or skiing trip which the whole family will enjoy!
