No water in the room, only one set of towels despite booked 2ppl, battery of remote control broken, no soap in the shower, door to staircase broken, elevator not stopping in the ground floor,... All these small things sum up to having made it quite unpleasant for the amount of money paid

In a modern would expect a proper restaurant. Rooms are to small. As are the blanket / duvet, not long enough and much too small. bathroom was under water after every shower. nothing solved after we mentioned it at the reception. no table and chairs in the bedroom. The Hotel has nothing cosy. the bar is modern, but feels like you are sitting in a shop window. do something with light , plants etc.

Friendly staff, very good breakfast and the rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet. Good location close to Oberstdorf.

Nice rooms, great staff, very good breakfast and the people know the area. Only downside: close to a busy road (and a McDonald's)

Nice rooms, but too expensive considering the service and the facilities: There are no glasses or mugs to find anywhere in the room, the shower water doesn't run-off (leading to a flooded bath) and the cleaning personal entered multiple times although we asked for privacy....also the double rooms have 2 matresses in the double bed. Not nice to have a gap in the middle of your bed......

Very basic for the price..most Hotels in that price range provide basic toiletries, only hand wash in the bathroom, nice continental breakfast, bar area nice polite & helpfull staff, and Mcdonalds is only across the road 😀
