This property advertises 24 hour check in but that is not the case. We arrived at 8:30 am after being on planes for 15 hours to discover our rooms weren’t ready yet and we had to wait until 2pm to check in. The cleaning staff was extremely helpful and allowed us to put our things in our rooms before checkin, and we stopped into a little bakery to have something to eat while we waited, but overall this was not pleasant and a bad experience with the place. However I do want to highlight this location had excellent cleaning staff, and was extremely conveniently located by Oktoberfest. I would probably stay again for those qualities alone.

Do not stay here, the self check in is ridiculous and did not work on any of our cards. Called the number and the person who picked up had no professionalism and seemed like a scammer legit picked up the phone and said “WHO IS THIS” … blamed us for it not working. We had to stay across the road at the Holiday inn which was far nicer and ended up being the same price, highly recommend. DO NOT STAY HERE from what I saw despite not being able to check in the rooms were gross and there were lots of loud people yelling and stomping around. After all of this I was still charged by ******* even though we couldn’t check in!!!!

Nice experience!
The room of 3 was pretty good, new and clean. Me and my friends are happy with our stay and the services based on the price.

The small issue was the experience finding the hotel, as it’s located within residential areas.

Overall, glad with our choice and recommend to others.

There is absolute zero contact with the staff. If you want anything you can forget about response to the email. No phone number, no contact.

At first we had an issue with our first room, it was extremely small and uncomfortable and you couldn’t move. It was more of a closet however after reaching out to The dot with these issues, our room was changed to a larger one with a private bathroom for our remaining 2 days and this made the stay so much better. The U-bahn was only a 3-5 minute walk away and it was easy enough to get into the city centre. The beds are slightly hard and uncomfortable especially for people with back pain like me. Overall we would stay again but in the larger room.

Minimalism with a question mark
It is the fourth floor in a post-war residential and commercial building - converted into a budget hotel and freely accessible. No staff - just a check-in machine that issues a chip card for a room. Rooms are tiny and simple, with no sanitary facilities, but clean.
You can get into the shared toilets/showers without a chip card. Most of them are locked from the inside all night from around midnight. You get the impression that uninvited guests are sleeping in there for free.

Everything was fantastic except for the pillows on the beds – strange shape and very uncomfortable. But no complaints otherwise! I would stay here again.

Very small rooms with 2 rooms sharing the bath room. No visible staff with check-in going through a machine. Does what it's supposed to do and nothing more.
