Really friendly and helpful staff - I arrived early and the staff let me check in early! Room is one of the cleanest hotels I’ve been and very spacious.I was there for a solo trip so go to the SAP garden stadium for an event. Very good location with multiple bus stops link just a step away from the hotel.

Really spacious for a single room. The bathroom was a tad small but the living area makes up for it. It even had a workstation so was perfect for remote working, but the WiFi was unreliable so I had to use my hotspot. The staff was very friendly and the area was lively and had a lot of food options.

We have booked a room at this hotel. The room that was provided was a smoking room with a smell like being in an astray. Reception told that it is my fault that it was not indicated that I want a non smoking room. Joke. In 21st century? In Germany? In Munchen? Never ever again. For travellers, be cautious to indicate that you are non-smoker.

No AC, no refrigerator, no hot water... you should keep the window open since there is no AC in the room & hundreds of flies inside the room & you cant sleep since the hotel is located in a center place & there are alot of people shouting & laughing during the night it should be 1 star only according to germany standards!!

The hotel is nice and clean, but communication is problem. Nobody speak English around that area.

Our family has been going to this hotel for decades, and the quality and cleanliness have remained excellent. It is just a few steps from all major transportation and the shopping possibilities are endless. The surrounding neighborhoods are peaceful and charming. The hotel staff is personable and informative. The hotel amenities are basic, however, their breakfast deserves a special mention; it is probably one of the best, with natural, fresh organic fruits, meats, cheeses, yogurt, and everything else imaginable. The selection of breads and cake are terrific and there is a beautiful cafe downstairs with one of the best gelato places right around the corner.
