We had a great stay here ! The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable—perfect for traveling. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even better. It’s just a short 2-minute walk to the metro, which was super convenient. The only downside was the lack of in-room amenities like slippers, toothbrushes, and there wasn’t really a view—but overall, it didn’t take away from the experience. Would definitely recommend for a simple, clean, and well-located place to stay! Overall, it's a good hotel; very new and modern. The breakfast is sufficient. The absence of thick blackout curtains was not good. It’s close to the city center, but you have to go down a rather steep slope or stairs to reach it. There is a paid parking.

Definitely my favourite place to stay in Munich. Still not far from haubtbahnhof, but nice and quiet. WONDERFUL staff amd super comfortable

The room was ok like for two people it was good amount of space. However the beds really uncomfortable, like you wake up with back pain. The location is amazing and the staff is friendly. Overall ok if you want something close to the center but might not be good if you want comfy beds

Small hotel. The price was ok. Breakfast was fine but nothing outstanding. The room was clean but no amenities, even kettle was not offered at the room. The pillows should be reevaluated from the hotel to change , because is not comfortable at all. Overall was fine for the price.

On site services is acceptable. Booked through Agoda. It is near to underground station but without much cafes or convenience store/supermarket nearby. Hotel room is normal, does not have a kettle or bedroom slippers. Breakfast is buffet style. Was ok.

The hotel have very strict non-cancellation policies with no refund. I booked on a repeated date which there’s already a booking due to some changes in travel plans. Re-booked with the correct date to stay and cancelled the repeated booking. Requested through Agoda for negotiation. They do not accept any request for refund or review case by case basis. Service level of flexibility could improve as it was a genuine mistake made by customers with a rebooking. Not recommended for staying with lousy service inflexibility.

This is a very satisfying hotel. We stayed for 4 nights. It was our first time in Munich and everything was unfamiliar. It was an interesting and fun trip, but it was also tiring. When we returned to the hotel, we were able to rest comfortably and warmly. Coffee was provided 24 hours a day, and the room was large and clean. The bathroom and shower were also spacious. There was a mini fridge and a mini safe. If I come to Munich, I would like to stay here again.

Really good hotel for diving into Munich. My wife and I stayed over Christmas and had a lovely time.
Clean and spacious room, easy to get to from the Bahnhof (10 min walking, 1 U Bahn station around the corner), nice people on service, quiet street, just lovely.
It’s only 5 minutes to the Kunstareal (where the excellent Munich museums are) and you also have plenty of food options around (even on Christian holidays! So viva immigration!).
They offer free cappuccinos and we brought some lovely baked goods around Theresienstrasse every night for following breakfast, skipping the pricey eat-in option.
The room is quiet and clean with an excellent shower.

The hotel is very well placed in the city. The staff is nice, and the breakfast was very good. The rooms are clean, and the bed is comfortable, but the blankets are really small, which is not convenient for tall people.

Okay Hotel with minor issues. My bathroom door was broken and when first closing the door I was left with the door handle in my hand. The flushing mechanism for the toilet was also not properly fixed in place and one light was broken. Considering I had booked the "deluxe" room, I was quite surprised with those glaring issues that can be fixed really easy and are visible every time you clean the room. Breakfast was okay but nothing special and not a huge amount of options to choose from. I've had better.

Very cozy mid-sized hotel. The distance from the cente (old town) is very reasonable - about 20 min. walk. Close to central train station - 15 min. Metro station on 5 min. Good service. Friendly staff. Clean. Spacious rooms. Free coffee and tea. On a quiet street.
