It was smaller than I expected, but incredibly clean. It was also nice that hot water was provided free of charge. Of course, it's cheaper to buy water outside.

Good hotel as per the ibis standards. The location is great if you want to stay in that part of town. The personnel were helpful and friendly. The only downside was the lack of a fridge and amenities like toothpaste. Other than that all in all a good deal

My room was on the third floor.
There were two small beds, so I couldn't open my suitcase.
There was no refrigerator or electric kettle.
The hotel staff were rude and ignored me even when I greeted them.

Well.... stayed here for work. 1 it is way out the way for anything.... 2 the staff are less than helpful and quite rude. 3 the rooms are basic even for budget.... no tea or coffee making facilities. The shower is much to be desired. Drips out. It wasn't clean nor tidy. The bed was super uncomfortable. The TV most channels didnt work. The food was abysmal. We ate there once and then found a little gem around the corner for the rest of the time. Would not book again. The road it is on is very busy sirens all night and the windows do nothing to block out the noise. Terrible.

The rooms are ok, not fansy, very basic with old funiture. However, the matress and pillows are very comfortable and spotless clean. We had very good quality of sleep with that.
The breakfast is quite good with variety of food. Even though it is not fansy continental breakfast but good enough for business people.
The service is good. Friendly staff. We would recommend this hotel as a short stay when you need to be in Munich.

The only problem is the parking place but only if you are a bus driver
There are only 2 spots only if you're lucky

Overall it's a good hotel. The only downside was that the waffle maker for breakfast was broken.
