The hotel is very basic. There were issues with the water pressure (it was very low in the morning when everyone was showering). Everything in the room felt quite old and worn out.

However, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful (I left my phone at the hotel and they immediately sent it via DHL when I asked). They were always there to assist. They truly are amazing. And the location is excellent.

If you're willing to overlook some inconveniences but want to stay in the city center for a reasonable price, then this is the place for you.

The hotel is in a great location, 15 min walk to most locations. Small room, walls are paper thin, can be noisy at night, beds are not very comfortable. Stayed 5 nights and room was never cleaned.

Perfect location for shopping or dining in the pedestrian zone! 😀

The only good thing about the hotel is it’s location. If the price is low compared to other hotels in the area it doesn’t mean that guests should be treated to this conditions. Simple and cheap refurbishment for the visual comfort of guests is a must. the whole hotel from the entrance to the room is badly maintained and very dirty. I regret saving 40€ and choosing this hotel over a next door option.

If the administration doesn’t undertake serious changes and general refurbishment I suggest spare extra 20-40€ and have a peaceful comfortable stay in München.

Great stay, about a 10 minute walk from being in the heart of the old town. Perfect for the price and what we needed it for & the receptionists where very friendly

The hotel’s location is good, within walking distance of major attractions and public transport. The staff kindly stored our luggage both before check-in, making our arrival and departure much easier. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was friendly. Great choice if you want a central spot with helpful amenities!

Location is great. Metro station right around the corner. The hotel is at the foot of the old town. Short walk from the Isar. Rooms are very basic. Doors are thin, you can hear a lot from the hallway and other rooms.

Staff is very accommodating. Quiet ,room shower drainage was poor.,hope they will improve it.
Location is really great.

It is centrally located... but I do not recommend it for families... It can be a one-day stay... There is a lot of noise and almost no comfort...

Great location, just one metro stop or a short walk from Munich Central Station. Quiet area with plenty of shops nearby. Clean and comfortable room with a nice autumn view. Friendly and helpful staff.
Bathroom felt a bit unfinished — no space for toiletries.
