The staff were friendly and explained everything to me carefully, which made me feel at ease.
The TV in my room didn't work, so I wasn't able to watch it even once during my stay.
It's in a quiet area, about a 20-minute bus ride from the central station.

Terrible hotel run by unscrupulous people!!! Heartless people took my money when my son was sick and I had to cancel the trip. There was no way around them because it's not a prestigious hotel; it's an abusive, loan sharking den. I'll leave a record on my 25 social networks and lower your already low rating even further. As I arrived early in the morning, I went to leave my luggage there and was allowed to check in at 10am.
I was also allowed to have breakfast before check-in. It was a very comfortable stay.

They ripped me off. I was charged for 4 nights, when I should have been charged for one night. They have a no refund policy which I understood when I had to cancel my one night reservation. They charged my credit card for 4 nights and refused to acknowledge their error and were rude as well.
