Great place to be!
Great service! Room is clean, breakfast was great!
I just ask for sitting on the lobby to do my work on laptop, the hotel provides me a room for free to do my work without interruptions.

I stayed here for 5 nights in March. It was absolutely perfect, nice clean comfortable room, quiet peaceful area and right by U Bahn station to get anywhere

Marvellous high quality hotel. Spacious room with a seating area, great bed. Lovely linens/towels. Breakfast is not inexpensive, but a marvellous experience . Wonderful team in breakfast room , particularly Benjamin who is so welcoming. Subway minutes away ( as is an excellent local restaurant ) in a largely residential ( ie quiet) neighbourhood. We will return.

Located right next to a Ubahn station. I stayed here with my family and it was a beautiful experience. They have all the necessary items present in the apartment. Grocery shops are about 2 mins away. Staff were also friendly.

We stayed here for 3 nights. We had a fantastic apartment room with comfortable beds in the bedroom and one sofa bed in the living room, a kitchen and a huge bathroom. The room had everything we could need. The staff were very friendly and professional, very helpful. The location is not central, but the Ubahn 5 station is a short walk away and it is easy to get to the center and other places. The area is quiet, grocery stores, pharmacies are within walking distance. We would love to come back again.

Lovely place, Park Hotel Laim!!
We stayed 2nights here but we should stay more.
Our day was started with delicious & beautiful breakfast. Staff’s excellent service & smile gave us cheerful day. He is very kind and add great value to restaurant.
Hope we would like to come back if we can get the chance to visit Munich again.

We stayed for 6 nights and the moment we walked in we were welcomed by a very nice gentleman who explained everything to us. The room was nice, but when you showered the water got everywhere. Most of our towels had to be used to dry the floor. Most of the days our room didn’t get cleaned because we wouldn’t get up before 10am or so due to our time difference of 9 hours. The ladies in the front desk are not very friendly specially a lady with short black hair getting help from her was almost impossible. I did notice if you speak German you were able to get a better service. Our AC did not work while we were there someone came to fix it but couldn’t. We were told someone would come the next day but they ever did. When I asked I was told by the girl with short hair that they couldn’t fix it but they could move us rooms at that point we only had one day left so I opt out and asked for a fan which they did have. At night we had to have the windows open due to the weather being warm, our room faced the street and it was loud at night.

We stayed for 3 nights and everything was just great. Staff was friendly and available at all times. Breakfast was classic buffet... simple and delicious. Room was facing towards garden and was quiet and nice to sleep. Only thing that is missing is Air conditioning. When we were staying it wasn't so hot but during hot summer days that could be a problem.

This is a lovely hotel in a quiet neighborhood. The location is excellent, a mere 15 minutes by subway to the city center with the station just outside the door. The room is spacious and well appointed including a minibar at no extra cost. The bathroom is well stocked but do take care with the bathtub as it is slippery. A shower stall would be much better. A coffee machine and or kettle would be nice for an early morning or evening tea or coffee. The service was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful.
